Reliable business. I reached out to Chad on Christmas Eve on an issue with my garage door. He couldn't make it to the site but was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and provide a temporary solution. He showed up promptly after Christmas and repaired the door at no cost since he had previously worked on it.

Chad was very responsive, courteous, professional, honest, and timely assessing our unique situation (heavy tall commercial door) and installing an appropriate LiftMaster chain drive opener. It's Thanksgiving week, and my garage broke!! I started by calling Advanced Garage Door (what the heck, might as well leave a message at 7pm) and the owner actually picked up the phone....and fit me in early the next morning though he had a busy day, so within 12 hours my broken door spring was replaced! "Chad" is the owner of this generational small biz-->definitely worth keeping him in mind. He was prompt, responsive, quick, and friendly.

Garage Door Spring was broken on Saturday. I submitted 4 picture with broken spring and broken wire cable through Yelp. The quote for single spring replacement was about the same with 4 different companies. I asked for quote for two springs and Chad's was $200 less than one of the bigger companies. The quote for double vs single wasn't much different so it was no brainer to go with the double spring. He came out on Monday afternoon on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. There were no surpise fees. In and Out. One of the easiest quickest service calls that I experienced.

Needed my garage door spring replaced as I saw it was snapped in half. Checked out the top companies on YELP and decided to call three of them. Chad (owner) didn't play games about having to see it first and gave me the quote (out the door) and that was that. I called a couple other places that are well known in the Austin/Pflugerville area and they wouldn't give me a quote! I told them what was broken and needs replacing and they still wouldn't give me a quote. ONE of those "reputable" companies I always hear commercials from on the radio, said they charge a diagnostic fee of $59.00 to go out to the house and we can decide from there. She also said the person may not be able to repair it if he doesn't have the part! BUT I WILL TELL YOU WHAT I NEED (A spring for a two car garage door!). I asked if the $59 is rolled into the price if I choose to go with them and she told me she wasn't sure and that I'd have to ask the technician when he calls. ??? Talked it over with my husband and decided that even though we don't know what the other two companies charged, Advanced Garage Door would be the better. He showed up the next day right on time and had the spring replaced within 20 minutes. I paid with a credit card and there absolutely was NO credit card fee (as one reviewer stated). I was VERY pleased with the outcome and glad that's one "to-do" off my list!

Shout out to Advanced Garage Door Co. Doug came out after I call him yesterday PM. This morning he replaced both tension springs at a very fair price. While other vendors wanted to send out a repairman and give me estimates, Doug knew exactly what I needed and quoted me a price well below other vendors.

Chad has serviced our garage door several times. The most recent visit was for a long-overdue adjustment to the spring. Chad called in advance to let us know he was on his way, showed up on time, and quickly completed the repair. He also pointed out a place where the door was cracked and was able to repair it with a strut, saving us a potentially expensive panel replacement. Capable, reliable, and courteous - we wouldn't use anyone else!

Not only was Chad a total pro, he was fast, responsive, punctual, and (most importantly) honest. I had already received two other quotes and was planning on going with another service when Chad called me back and offered to complete my 16' conversion same day for literally <half the cost of the closest competitor. No negotiation required, just fair and honest pricing from the jump. You're wasting your time (and money) shopping around. Chad is your guy.

Chad is the best. My garage door had two sections where it was bending inward and starting to crack, and I was afraid I would have to replace the whole thing. I called him up, and he was able to schedule me for the next day. Then he called me back and said he had a cancellation, and fixed my door that day! He added some support beams and my garage door works like new again. Fair prices, prompt service, and a really friendly guy. If I have more issues with my garage door in the future, no question, I'll be going to Advanced Garage Door.

Chad is a darling! He came immediately after my call, looked over the situation, made a quick adjustment and was through in five minutes. He didn't even charge us!! So a few weeks later when I lost my remote I called Chad. He came out the same day, moved boxes in the garage in order to reset the door, double checked it and handed me a new remote. Spoke with Chad Hayden at Advanced Garage Door who quoted me a price site unseen and promised that it would be that amount. The tech Julio showed up at the agreed upon time and replaced my Garage Door and Opener. He also installed a wireless access outside of the door for access without a remote. The work was done quickly and Julio couldn't have been more professional. Everything went very smoothly and the price at the end of the work was the same as the agreed upon price.
