Had the bad experience of waking up to two broken garage door springs! I called and then texted Larry - Always Available Garage Door Repair at 10:29 am. He was at my home by 12:15 pm and the job was finished by 1PM. He explained everything that he was doing, lubricated all the rollers and springs and had everything working better and quieter than before the repair. I decided to use Larry based on referrals on my neighborhood Facebook page. I am so glad that I called. (I called another company before calling Always Available and they never called back or returned my text) I was so impressed that I asked him for a quote to replace my hail damaged gargae door.

Larry, was fantastic to work with. He came out to give a quote on new doors and motors and was very knowledgeable. He came out a week later to install the doors and motors and installed everything quickly and efficiently. After everything was installed he went over all the features and walked me through setting up all the codes. I'd recommend them to everyone and will definitely call him if repairs are needed.

Another great experience with this company. On a Sunday, no less. Texted Larry first thing Sunday morning due to a broken spring. They had installed the previous 2 over the last 15 years. I was only texting to get on their schedule for Monday some time. I was shocked to get a text back saying they were on the way. Kingston arrived about an hour after my original text, replaced the spring, and was on his way. Stood behind their warranty again and I paid the labor part of the job. What a great company!

We finally got our garage doors. The guy assisting in the installation was really nice. They did a great job installing and we haven't had any issues with them. They look great! My husband used them again on a repair for a rental house and we had no issues as before. While I don't think I autos recommend them for new doors, we will use them for repairs.

We are super happy with the service Larry gave us from Always Available Garage Door Repair. Larry came out to our house about 10 years ago to fix our garage door and just the other day - our springs went out and Larry was here to replace/fix within 24 hours. Works beautifully now and we felt so taken care of with Larry's quick response.

Called many times, never heard back even after leaving a message, used them Many times from 2014 and the service got slower and slower and more non responsive over the years. I've had to go with two other companies in the last 4 years. Every time they are my first call but no callbacks or replies anymore, the cost of expanding and getting more jobs I suppose.

After Always Available sells you a system they become "Never Available". We found Always Available years ago when needing a garage door service call. We were very happy with the outcome and service. A few years ago, our garage door was on it's last leg and Larry came out and gave us a quote and advice on replacing our system- once again very happy with the interaction and service. Over the last year or so, our garage door has stopped working/malfunctioned, etc several times for what seems like a couple different issues. We have tried to call Always Available/Larry several times for these issues, leaving messages that were never returned. Not a one. Garage door is not working yet again today. Very disappointing.

I used Larry years ago and he was very affordable. He came and installed our garage door opener and everything was great. Years later, I just needed a new remote for the garage door opener bc ours finally died. Called Larry and voicemail full. Sent him a text, and some other guy ends up calling me that works for Larry. He was able to make it out a couple days later. Gives me new remote, and sets it up. Then charges me $100. After doing some research (I know I know, I should have done that first), I could have just bought the remote for like $20 and done it myself. Not sure if it was his helper, or if Larry just went crazy with his prices.

I have used Always Available Garage Door Repair several times over the years. I recently called another company when there was a scheduling conflict. The charge was excessive and they suggested I get new springs ($500+), as the ones I had were not correct. I called back Always Available Garage Door Repair and the owner came out personally to look. Not only did I not need new springs, Larry fixed a few things that the other company missed. For Free. Thank you Larry! I will never call another garage door service again!
