Yelp5Quick, responsive, the work is done with quality by people who clearly take pride in said quality. I've had them come out multiple times over the last 6 years for various issues that came up with the gate and garage openers, and I can't think of even a single minor negative criticism. Yelp2I was a happy customer back in June 2020 when they replaced the springs of my garage door, and I recommended them to others. Now less than four years later, one of the springs broke. I know these are expected to break, but less than 4 years its too fast, when they claim to install springs that can last over 17,000 cycles. Contacted them again to get a quote for the repair. They said (1) they cannot give me a quote over the phone and they had to have someone come take a look at it, and (2) said they will look in their records to see what warranty I had on the original work and would get back to me. They did not get back to me. Technician came two days after my initial call, provided me an estimate and then had to call the branch to see what warranty the previous work had. They said it was a single year. I asked to get a copy of the receipt from the previous work and technician asked for it to the office, but I have not received it yet. Shedding another almost $500 for a new pair of springs less than 4 years later does not seem appropriate.

Yelp5This company sent out 2 guys on a Saturday morning for an emergency call as we couldn't get our garage door to close due to damage to 2 panels. We were initially told we needed 2 lower panels on our garage door replaced. When Thomas & another guy (I did not get the other guy's name) came to our house it was decided we needed only 1 panel replaced! Saving us some money. These people know what they are doing & we were pleased with their punctuality, professionalism, courtesy, & knowledge. My husband asked a few questions about an issue we were having with the light on the garage opener & Thomas gave him a few solutions. The garage door closes a little less noisy now too! Hopefully, we won't have any more issues. But if we do, we will be calling Cedar Park Overhead Doors!!

Yelp5Working with Cedar Park Overhead Doors was awesome. They were very communicative and the price was beyond reasonable. Not only did they do a better job than expected for a lower price than I anticipated, my technician did it while working around all the junk in my garage. He came to do a simple fix of reattaching the arm to the door. While there, he analyzed and determined why the damage probably happened in the first place. After this, he suggested that I upgrade my rollers. I hadn't prepped by garage (by moving junk out of the way) but that didn't matter. He still completed the job. I was curious if he was just trying to upsell me. However, the cost ended up being right around the original estimate they gave me. I was shocked. Great service, great communication, and a proactive approach to my particular situation. The nylon rollers even decreased the noise substantially. I'm not sure why I didn't call them sooner for general maintenance. This will be the only company I contact for ANY garage door issues. There are a ton of garage door companies out there but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Yelp5I found Cedar Park Overhead Doors while I was searching for garage door service companies in South Austin; they have more than one location. When I called, I got a real person (instead of voicemail), who was/has been an absolute delight to deal with (Patty), and she scheduled a time that was convenient for me to have them to come out and give an estimate. I did not know enough about garage doors to recognize that the reason the door quit working is because the spring was broken. Christian came out on time, looked over things, immediately diagnosed the problem, and suggested I have two springs installed on the door (one double-wide door), which was something I was already leaning toward. I had a LOT of clutter in the garage, and he and I discussed how much room he would need to work; he gave me a minimum amount of space that he needed, which was doable for me. (I spent four days clearing clutter for them, managing to double Christian's space requirements, lol.) They scheduled me for repair at a time that I found convenient (scheduling is very easy with this company), and Christian had had another appointment in that time slot, so the technician that performed the repair was George and his co-worker, Andreas. They showed up on time, contacted me with a courtesy call for their ETA (Christian also did the ETA courtesy call), and after assessing the situation, answering several questions of mine, got right to work. They were finished in a little over an hour and now my garage door works beautifully. This company is professional, punctual, highly communicative, and competitively priced. I will continue to use CPOD for garage door services.

Yelp5Our experience with CP Overhead Doors was EXCELLENT!! Gilley (sp?) arrived on time and got right to work replacing the spring on our garage door and finished within an hour (and just before a heavy downpour of rain)! We got estimates from three other companies and CP Overhead Doors was the best. Plus, Gilley realized that our cables didn't need replacing, so that saved us even more $$ ! Gilley was very personable, and we hope if we ever need repairs again that he will be available. Save yourself some time, and call Cedar Park Overhead Doors first!

Google5Excellent workmanship, response time, professional treatment are a few of the compliments for Cedar Park Overhead Doors and for technician, Tom, who had already been to 6 other homes on a Saturday before my appointment. Tom arrived energetic and knowledgable about fixing a broken spring, presenting important info on the value of two springs instead of one, and then focused on getting the task done. I have used this company for a long time and I am not ever disappointed. Thanks for exceptional customer service.

Google5Wesley came and unbolted our garage door, which had been screwed into some rotten wood. They did the job on time and efficiently and they were super nice about explaining what they were doing. Google5My garage door was hanging by a thread and most of the wheels fell off the track. Cedar Park Overhead Doors was able to come immediately the following day after calling 2 previous companies that did not have any availability. This was very important since we just had a newborn added to the family and needed to access our garage. The technician that came "Alex" was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will not go back to my previous one that initially serviced our garage. A+++

Google5When the technician (Tom M.) arrived things went very smoothly. He was very quick, professional, kind, and informative. I appreciated clear pricing information being available on their website. With other companies I had to make long, cumbersome phone calls just to get a price range. Had some minor issues with setting up an appointment. We booked for Tuesday but got a call on Monday that they were about to arrive. When Monday didn't work for us, we were pushed to Wednesday. We would use them again if the need arises.

Google510 out of 5 stars! My technician, Nathan, was very detailed and knowledgeable. And he offered advice for the future. We have 3 completely different types of overhead doors and he was able to quickly ascertain which were in his wheelhouse and which needed an appointment with the commercial department. Nathan's work site was spotless, you would never know he's been here except that the doors now work flawlessly.

Scott came out to assess an issue we were having with our garage door, offered us several fixes, and once we decided, worked efficiently to get the door fixed. Google5Exceptional customer service from Patty, who returned my call within minutes, to the technician, Thomas (TC). He was on site the same afternoon and did a thorough inspection to determine what had most likely caused the garage door to jam in the open position. He was professional, courteous and very patient. After replacing the parts that needed attention, he even made the effort to assure the wires connected to the motor were as secure as possible, not overlooking anything! I especially appreciate that he was willing to take the time to explain the work and answer all my questions. I'll definitely be recommending Cedar Park Overhead Doors!!

BBB1DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! (Cedar Park Overhead Doors) We had a confirmed appoinment for today, January 20, ****, between 12 and 4pm. They never showed up. Worst of all, THEY NEVER CONTACTED US TO ADVISE THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT AS SCHEDULED! We tried contacting them twice, by phone and chat, but that was just another waste of our time.The email: "Dear Customer,We have you scheduled for an appointment on:[Saturday, January 20, between 12pm and 4pm]"They say they are "family owned" but we never experienced a family owned business who cared nothing about their customer!

Google5I had the springs replaced once before many years ago and they needed to be replaced again. I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors and I had the pleasure of having George and Gabriel come out and repair the springs. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They did a great job and within minutes my garage door was working again. I highly recommend this business as this is the second time I've called them and they've done a great job.

Angi5Wednesday, December 28th 2023, I had Cedar Park Over Head Garage Doors come out and try to get my "Add on" remote garage door opener to work. They were unsuccessful. The "add on" system wasn't something they had installed and my garage door opener was too old to upgrade. I had the two technicians that responded put in a new opener/motor drive. They had the unit on their truck. There was no pressure just the information needed for me to make my decision. It took about an hour and I as up and going. The two Technicians, george Katsafados and his assistant, Gabriel, got to work. No BS, they knew what they were doing and did it. I was very impressed with their ability and work ethics. I would highly recommend Cedar Park Over Head Garage doors or all your needs in this area. Services Rendered: Installed a new updated garage door opener/motor.

Angi5We have always used Cedar Park Overhead Doors because of their excellent staff who are courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. They have installed a new garage door and 2 belt openers at different addresses. Our 9 year old garage door needed adjustment, new belt, weather strip on the bottom, and possibly new side and top molding. Cedar Park sent John G. to fix everything. He was meticulous and knew what to do. In addition, he did such a good job on the opener adjustments after installing the new belt that the molding was not necessary thereby saving us money. Though young, he has the knowledge and competence beyond his years. Once again, Cedar Park Overhead Door has reinforced our confidence in them and will be the only company for garage door maintenance and equipment. One of my automatic garage doors failed, just when I needed it most, but a call to Cedar Park Overhead Doors had a serviceman at my place near Dripping Springs in almost no time. Apparently, the 20-year-old track rollers had begun to fail (the other door had been replaced more recently), and technician A. J. showed me exactly what was wrong with the older door. He came prepared to resolve the issue, so, for the VERY reasonable price quoted, A. J., right then and there, replaced the old worn-out rollers and even serviced the newer door at no extra charge.
