Every other door repair we called wanted to just sell us new doors- which we obviously did not need. Mark once again came to the rescue with a broken garage door opener. He told me what to get and he would install. He has never let me down and can even make non-replaceable items work (old Sears door sensor). His work with the new garage door was very well done and the price of the work was most reasonable. I highly recommend him! He is very busy at times and has made a great effort to fit me into his busy schedules.

Alec was excellent, honest, ,polite & explained everything in great detail. He strictly did repairs & didn't try to force me to spend $700 more for a new motor. He gave me my options & let me choose. Mark did a great job with our garage doors. He said he could come back after install if we wanted him to seal the doors better on the sides (there are fairly big gaps). We use the garage as a gym so I reached out and asked him to come do the seal. It has been over a month and I have reached out multiple times with no response whatsoever. It has made me worry that is anything goes wrong with the doors we won't be able to reach him either.

We have a duplex, and one of the garage door openers stopped working. Our property manager called Garage Door Masters and had the unit repaired. Unfortunately, the repaired opener stopped working shortly thereafter so we had a new Lift Master unit installed which has been working well for our tenant. Mark didn't charge us for the repair that didn't work, which we appreciated very much. And, since we are located out of state, they were able to email us an invoice to handle payment. Mark was great! He was on time and very professional and reasonable. He quoted me $125 when I emailed asking for service and a price estimate. He didn't change the price when he got here or try to say it I needed to do extra work. He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and I will use him again if needed. Best part, was we were able to park our cars in the garage again! Services Rendered: Replaced two springs and serviced another garage door.
