Yelp5Cody did an exceptional job for us and saved me $350 by making sure I didn't fix the things another company said I needed. Instead, he fixed the right things and my door works better than it has since we moved into the house. I didn't even realize a garage door was supposed to "float" if operated manually - but am delighted that ours now does. I'm grateful for the honesty, speed, and affordability Gator and Cody provided.

Yelp5Gator was great. They were late showing up to our property, but stayed in communication the whole time. Alex was our technician and he did a great job of explaining all the issues he found and presented several price points to fix them. In the end, he stayed until 9:30pm finishing the work, and left the space neat and tidy. He worked quickly. Definitely recommend!

Yelp5I called my old garage installer for a repair job, and the rep who answered was very snippy as if I was inconveniencing them. I was told the repair person would be at my house at 12:00 pm, but what they failed to tell me "like the cable guy" they would be at my home between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. Unfortunately because I had another appointment I had to cancel and reschedule for the next day. However because of the shoddy way I was treated on the phone I decided to research other garage door installers and came across Door Gators who had rave reviews. I called them and unlike the rep at my old garage installers I was greeted by Monica a lovely young lady who was very courteous and professional. I decided to take a chance and try Door Gators. I then called my old installer and cancelled my appointment with them, and def had no regrets. Door Gators took very good care of me and resolved my garage door issue the same day. David the repair person was very good and quick in taking care of my issue. He was patient and polite. I highly recommend Door Gators. From now on they are my "Go to people" whenever I have a garage door problem. Thank you Door Gators!

Google5Cody from Gator Garage Door Repair did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my garage door and recommending a replacement. The replacement Cody recommended made a significant difference. The service from Gator Garage Door Repair was prompt and very thorough! Cody was highly knowledgeable on all things related to garage doors. I will definitely use Gator Garage Door Repair in the future for all my garage door needs, including preventative maintenance.

Yelp5I called some time after noon and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. In the meantime, we discovered that the breaker serving the garage door opener had been kicked. When we turned that back on, everything worked fine. They were super nice when I cancelled the appointment and even sent a confirmation email to document the cancelation. I can't rate the quality of repair services but I was impressed with how quickly they would have been able to come and how nice they were about the cancellation. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need garage door service.

Google5Cody and Alex were super awesome. They had the garage door fixed quickly. They were both knowledgeable and super friendly. The lady who made the schedule was amazing too. She made sure to get my issue resolved quickly. She also sent a picture and a brief bio for the technician who was on his way. They really make the customer feel safe and high priority. Highly recommend Gator Garage Doors.

Google5Cody and Alex exhibited promptness and professionalism during their comprehensive inspection of my garage door. They took the time to explain the issues, presenting multiple repair options. Following the repair, they provided a detailed walkthrough of the work done. I am grateful to Gator Garage for accommodating me on the same day my door malfunctioned, causing me to be locked in. Google5That was easy...a friend of mine recommended Gator, and WOW. It was amazing to get not only a picture but a bio of each person who visited our home, it made the interaction so much more personal. Every step of the way communication was clear and complete, and the door is absolutely perfect. Thank you for making this such an easy experience, I should have called ya'll years ago before over-repairing a failing door.

Google5I am taking the time to address how exceptional and wonderful the service of Gator Garage Door Repair really was. Cody, whom was my service man, was nothing but honest, helpful, personal, punctual, respectful, easy to talk to, and diligent in his work. They have amazing lifetime warranties on their products and Cody made sure that I was well equipped to reach out again to them for any other issues, as well as giving/showing me confidence in their products. If something like this ever comes up again, I will be contacting Gator Garage Door Repair and I will be asking for Cody's service. Once again, amazing work and I am extremely happy with the finished quality in their garage doors.

Google5What a great company and experience. The spring on our garage door broke today so I googled companies to call. Gator Garage Doors is a five-star business for a reason. Luckily, they were able to get someone out today to repair it. I got a text notification of their ETA and Rene and Alex arrived when expected. They were both very friendly and informative. Rene explained our options and then they quickly replaced everything and had our garage working in no time. I highly recommend them and this company!

Google5We've had issues with the original garage door openers over the past year or so, so it was time to change them out. I searched a bit for the right garage door company. There are several big nation wide companies out there but the customer seems like just a number when I spoke with their customer service. I found all great reviews on Gator Garage Doors on Yelp and they are a local Austin company. I called and talk through it with a couple inside people and decided to use them since they gave me details about the different openers they could install the day of the appointment and an accurate estimate on how much it would cost before taxes. The people I spoke with at the big companies had no clue, so seemed like the technician would just show up and you would have to make a quick decision and hope they had what you wanted on the truck. Rene from Gator Garage Doors showed up on time and had sent me a text when he was on the way,(with a photo) and you could track it for the exact ETA. He is very professional and knows the product line extremely well, also took the time to help me setup everything on the MyQ app, etc. Super happy with my choice to go with Gator Garage Doors and the service they provided and there there was no surprises or hidden costs. Highly recommended.

Google5Everything about the experience was great! It was easy to book an appointment online and they sent reminder emails and texts. Cody arrived on time and was very personable and kind. He was helpful and honest about the maintenance and repairs we needed. His work was quick and efficient while also being very well done. Garage doors are back in business and working better than ever. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Google5We had a lot of damage on the 9/24 hail storm, including the garage doors. Gator was BY FAR the best to deal with. I am glad I did not go with the less expensive quote cause you get what you pay for. Craftsmen hired directly by the company. Steven the installer was top notch and the doors are a very nice upgrade and smooth as silk.

Yelp5Craig came out one day after calling Gator Garage Door Repair. Within2 hours, we had a beautiful upgraded door opener, lights and code box. Was fast, professional and works perfectly. Recommend this company for sure!

Google5Craig did fantastic work! My garage door wasn't working right, so I submitted a service request and the very next morning he made it out to my house! Great communication to determine what was wrong and lay out the different options that I could choose from - for both remedying the current issue and avoiding other issues in the future. He was incredibly helpful, did amazing and efficient work and I couldn't be more pleased. I had actually initially submitted a service request to a different garage door company several days prior and never heard back from them - so to have Gator at my door within 12 hours of my first outreach is fantastic service. They absolutely earned my business and my recommendation. Great technician, great communication, great experience!
