Google5Extremely refreshing, experience was 11/10. They fixed the issues without overcharging, when other places are inventing reasons to add charges. I trust this company would recommend best course of action & their quotes are on point. They stand by their work & its worth the 'small scale feel', don't be afraid to give them a shout.

Yelp5We've been using VIP garage for just over 3 years in a recommendation from our neighborhood Facebook and we couldn't more happy with the service we have received. This time I texted ON New Year's Day not expecting a response on a holiday, but wanted to put it out there for when they opened and I got a response from JD in minutes. So what's worse than your garage spring popping on the first day of the year? Finding out the warranty expired less than 2 weeks ago. Of course! Thank you 2024, lol. Well VIP Garage honored the warranty and made sure we would be a customer for life and will continue to sing their praises. This is why they have so many 5 star reviews, it's that they are one of the last companies that focus on the customer and not the penny. Customer loyalty means so much and I love that this company understands that. Thank you VIP garage for always going above and beyond for us and everyone you service.

Google5They replaced our garage door over the summer in the crazy heat and did a great job. A few months later, the garage door was making loud groaning / squealing noises beyond usually squeaky...he offered to stop by and take a look, inspected it and let me know it was the hinges and lubed them up. Even left me with a can of lubricant. Really appreciated the promptness, courtesy and integrity.

Google5JD did an excellent job replacing our garage door. He also fixed a weatherstrip that was installed wrongly by a previous service provider. His price was fair and he was quick to schedule and perform the service.

Google5Probably the easiest and most efficient repair I have ever experienced. I contacted JD through the company's website. He called me back quickly, came to the house, quoted the repair (which was VERY FAIR), warrantied his work and finished in appx 1.5 hours. It could not have gone ANY more smoothly. I wish all businesses were as efficient and friendly. Can't go wrong with JD and VIP Garage Door Services.

Yelp5Honest business with a quality product. The owner J.D. is a friendly, knowledgeable man who "diagnosed" my garage's problem (A broken spring) over the phone, explained everything to me in a non-condescending way, offered me the best rates of the ten plus services I called, he arrived, worked, and completed the work in a timely manner all while being personable. On the phone I was told the price of a single spring and the price of a double spring ($100 more), when J.D. arrived he announced that he only had a double spring and would charge me only the cost of a single spring. $100 savings instantly because J.D. is a businessman and a gentleman. Trust this company. Also my garage is perfect now.

Yelp5We needed a new garage door and dealing with JD was an outstanding experience, from the very first call, to the consult, to handing him the check. Good communication, excellent print, and stellar installation. He and Justin know what they're doing and had the new door installed in an hour and a half. Would absolutely recommend VIP Garage Door Services.

Yelp5I sent out request to multiple vendors in the area and JD was one of the quickest responser with very competitive quote. JD was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time and get the work done quick! Our garage has high ceilings. JD wasn't expecting that. But he was able to get it done with super reasonable quote. He didn't charge us extra fee for the high ceiling. However we appreciated so much and give me some tips. Will definitely recommend him!

Yelp5I had a spring break on my garage door and thought about trying to tackle the repair myself. I was recommended to VIP by a neighbor - within minutes of speaking with JD, I could tell he knew his stuff. He gave me some advice about doing it myself but quickly I realized it would be better to let the professional do it - turns out I also had frayed cables and 2 wheels that needed replacement - glad I didn't try it myself (no doubt saved me time and frustration). Great knowledge, high quality work for a fair price. Give him a call for any garage door service needs. Highly recommended!

Yelp5Excellent and fast service. Extremely reliable and honest. Our garage doors were probably 20 years old, they needed a $300 repair, but they were on their last legs. We ended up replacing the garage doors and the garage door opener mechanisms entirely. Doors took awhile to get in due to supply issues but he honored the quotes price despite price increases 2 months later. Couldn't be more pleased. The doors open and close whisper quiet. Highly recommend.

BBB5Called JD after 6 on a Monday and was able to come later that evening. We thought the worst had happened - new door or catastrophic damage. Nope - JD peeled parts off, bent pieces back in place and fixed the door so its darn-near as good as new. A gentleman who knows his craft - his services are worth more than he charged and for that Im grateful!

Google5I thought something exploded in my garage(the spring broke). Next thing I know I am holding our garage door over my head so my wife can get to work. JD was able to stop by with in a couple hours to rescue us. He had us back up and running in 20 min. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of how the garage door works and what to watch out for going forward. If you find yourself in a jam I recommend JD.
