My garage door was opening and closing when it wanted too. I called I&R a little after 8. He was scheduled to come with in hours, came and identified the problem and I had a new operational garage door opener within an hour. He explain very clearly what the problem was and got the job done quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost.

By far, the best value for the money! Roger and his assistant worked to replace my broken torsion spring. It took about 20 minutes from start to finish. My garage decided it was time to fall off the track. It was twisted up bad. I was able to prop it and grabbed my phone. Called them. Picked up and said he had an appointment and would call back after. He called me in 15 and said they didn't answer. He was at my house in 30 minutes. Tried to salvage my door and got it down. Then we knew it needed to be replaced. He was there the next morning at 7:30 and done by 9:00. New door in under 24hours. Kudos!!

Definitely recommend to anybody needing any work done on their garage. The spring on my garage door broke and I needed someone to replace it. I requested a quote and I&R replied right away. They have great prices and we're able to come replace the spring the same day. Took them less then 30 min replace the spring and get my garage door working again. They are very professional, reliable, and friendly. Will definitely be recommending then to all my friends and family..

Courteous, professional, and well priced. Called this morning - Roger came out this afternoon and fixed the garage door in under an hour. Would definitely recommend! We had a problem with the bottom panel, it was a bit cracked and sagging, preventing the door from opening or closing - it's now working great with some struts for reinforcement.
