My service this time was odd- all of our remote openers stopped working during the hail last Sunday. I do not know ifit is related but that is when the problem occurred. King Door came out this morning and the service technician reset the remotes quickly. He did not really know for sure why they stopped working, but the main thing is they work now. Thanks Daniel and Isaac for fixing my problem.

Last night I heard a loud pop when I closed the garage door. Unfortunately, one of the cables broke & the garage door wouldn't close all the way. I called King Door Co. as soon as they opened on Saturday morning & was happy to learn that a technician was available immediately. I received a text with the picture of the technician as well as an approximate arrival time. Jason inspected the damages & told me that he'd be able to fix it right away. He had all of the needed parts on his truck including replacement nylon rollers. He also added additional metal screws to strengthen a bent support structure. Jason was personable, professional, & a skilled technician. I highly recommend King Door Co. for repairs, service, or replacement parts. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

From Mr and Mrs Price Isaac, Arrived on time between his 2 and 5pm appointment. He was very nice and so very helpful. He took the time to get some information I needed inside the garage door opener... Then he continued on finishing the job replacing the battery very quickly. He also informed me about a yearly maintenance services king door have. Isaac, we appreciate, and thank you for all your help. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

I would like to say that there still is a such thing as good customer service , Jason my technician was very professional from the start. In a matter of minutes he assessed the situation gave me a action plan and executed with precision. Once things were completed he gave me a overview of the job and also offered professional advise for future reference. Without doubt Jason gave representation of a company built on true values , awesome job

Had a torsion spring break on my garage door and called up King Door. They sent a service technician out within minutes. Issac, the technician inspected the door thoroughly and luckily a torsion spring was all that was needed. Part in stock and on hand. Installed same day with quality service!

Jason from King door did an amazing and fast job on my garage door! Removed and replaced and is now quiet. I had a car car that had a dead battery in the garage, and he was kind enough to help me jump the car to get it out of the garage, so he could do his magic!! Thank you Jason!! My husband and I heard a load bang in the evening but couldn't figure out where it came from. The next morning, the garage door wouldn't go up. The loud sound we heard was the spring breaking! We had used King Door once before to replace a door on a rental, so we called them right away. We were quoted about $440 for the replacement. WOW! Inflation really hurts those on a fixed income! It was early, 8 AM, so they were able to send someone out immediately. Isaac arrived within 20 minutes and completed the job quickly. Very happy with the work. Would be giving five stars, except for the fact that they are not able to leave an invoice. You have to call the office in order to get an invoice. I really don't care for this. I believe a company should be able to leave an invoice when they complete a job. This should not reflect on Isaac, the technician as he was wonderful.

We contacted King Door on a Friday and they sent out Jason to take a look at our issue. To our relief, he said he would be back the following day with a new spring and parts to repair our door. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. We have used King Door over the years and I highly recommend them. And if your lucky enough to get Jason as your technician, even better! Their prices are fair, and their workmanship is spot on.

I ordered a garage door opener from Home Depot. They contract with King Door Company for installs so I didn't select them. I will choose them from now on! The company had outstanding communications via hi-tech text messages. My installer was Jason and he was fabulous. From explaining everything he was doing to programming the buttons on our cars and setting up the app on my phone - he was very thorough and his customer service skills exceeded my expectations. We have used a different garage door company in the past. I thought they were "good" and after using King Door - I realize they were good, but not GREAT like this company. Extremely happy customer!

Ruben came to service both of our garage doors on 7/3 & he did an awesome job! He was very helpful & easy to talk to. He gave me pointers to keep my doors in good condition & answered all of my questions & addressed my concerns. Ruben is efficient, knowledgeable & honest. Jason came out within 20 minutes of my call. Replaced our 2 car garage door spring and serviced and lubed all rollers and motor screw. I am very happy with his work and he is professional and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend King Door, their service is fast and great quality. Will use them again in the future.
