The service was immediate on response ,quoting and information was explained , gave options for garage door through pdf. Pamphlet. Work installment of garage door was carefully installed and checked for safety and smooth running garage door. The patience during installment was very important to me , got great results of a functional garage door without any worries of malfunction. I will recommend the business to anyone, because of great service, patience focused on detail installation, polite and honest. Jose installed a garage door opener, that I purchased for my parents home. My father stated that Jose was very professional and informative when he installed a new door opener. He throughly explained all features of the new opener. In addition the cost were with in our budget. Strongly recommend Olympian.

Jose showed up on time and if he was running late he would inform me. He was helpful and straight to the point with the quote(which I appreciate). He arrived in a mask and was very friendly. Once he completed what he was initially asked to do my garage still wasn't working, due to another issue. Jose stood and tried to help me figure it out. Once he did everything he was able to do he offered me suggestions and next steps. I would defiantly contact Jose again if I need other garage assistance! He also stood in the hot garage and conversed with my dad the whole time. 10/10 would recommend

Jose showed up on time the day before our appointment to check the size of the broken spring. He was wearing a mask and a shirt with the company logo. He was polite and professional. The day he was coming to replace the spring, he was running a little late but I was notified by text message when he would be arriving. Jose and his partner were very efficient, friendly and took time to ensure I tested it. His pricing is far more reasonable than all of the competitors. I will recommend and use this company again.
