The staff was courteous, kind and professional. There was a problem with a piece I ordered and, "Stephanie"multitasked and solved the dilemma promptly. Also I want to express how impressed I was with the installers, "Oscar and Jose"... these gentlemen were diligent and professional. The teamwork and work ethic definitely shined amongst the 3 people I was in contact with. I am a highly satisfied customer and will recommend "Precision" to family and friends. I have two roll up doors that needed repair. One needed 10 rollers and weather stripping, the other needed two springs and new weather stripping. Called in morning set appointment up for 4:30-6:30. Technician called said he could be there at 3:30. He arrived gave me quote. Technician had to go get some parts for repair very fast coming back and making repairs. I would recommend and use again.

I'm very pleased with the quality of work that was done with Prestige. I had an issue, didn't know where to turn and called around. They had someone come out within the hour. The service was timely, and price paid was reasonable. I'm happy I went with them. Navid was wonderful.

My garage door spring broke. My window for the service was from 2:30-6:30pm but due to urgent matter I had to attend I request to do it at a later time. Raul agreed to come at 6:30pm. He was already waiting when I got home but he was still pleasant. He finished the job in a swift. I am impressed with his professionalism and skills.

***** came out on a Saturday morning to repair a broken spring on our door. He called and showed up early and ended up replacing all our hardware except for the door including replacing motor and chain drive with a belt drive. Door is super quiet and smooth. Programmed both our vehicles and was out in an hour and a half. Knowledgeable and polite. Can't say enough good things about *****. Would definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again.

Precision and our installer Raul were very professional and amazingly quick. Still, he didn't leave until he knew every question was answered. The garage door (opener) is very sleek and super quiet. Not many companies will offer a 10 YEAR warranty option, but they do. I'm more than satisfied with the quality of work and service. Worth every penny!
