when it finally arrived was awesome he hustled and repaired the door in an hour!! My only problem was That I received an email stating that my appointment was for 11 AM then a second email starting my appointment was for 11:30 a.m.

I went on line and called two well known local garage door companies and either got no answer or a wrong number. I am very pleased that the third company I called was the Tip Top Garage Door Company. When I called into the office, they were very professional and extremely helpful. I made a schedule for someone to come to our house, do an inspection, give me an estimate to service and repair our two garage doors. Their service tech, Bo, came the very next day as scheduled. He inspected our doors, explained to me exactly what needed to be replaced/serviced, how long the work would take and how much the work would cost. He completed the work exactly when he said he would and asked me to check the work to verify everything was in perfect working order. When I came out of the house the first thing I noticed was the work area had been completely cleaned. I worked in the construction business for 40 years and I can't tell you how many companies don't clean up behind themselves. Both doors worked perfectly. Bo provided me with an invoice (which was very reasonable), with a warranty written on the bottom of it. I strongly recommend Tip Top Garage Door Company for any of your garage door work.
