Google5I recently had my garage door springs changed and a thorough tune-up by ADP Garage Doors, and the experience was outstanding! From the initial consultation to the final adjustments, their team exhibited professionalism and expertise. The technicians were punctual, courteous, and explained every step of the process. My garage door now operates like new, and I couldn't be happier.

Google5I was suspicious as to why ADP had so many glowing reviews. I had called them up to fix and ultimately replace a broken garage door with some bells and whistles. We worked with Jake who had plenty of good ideas on how to spruce up the front of the house and raise the garage door track to give more head room. We placed the order and waited for everything to be delivered for the install. ADP notified us as the day before install (as soon as they knew) and rescheduled us for a new date when the parts would be available. There was a screw up with the manufacturer and not all parts arrived. Frustrated, I posted a review and quickly received a call from Dima, the owner. He explained that ADP is a small company and they really do want to do a great job. He provided details of when the order was placed but there was failures in the shipping/processing from manufacturer; unfortunately those were putting him in a bad light. He was very apologetic and was disappointed I didn't provide them the opportunity to perform the service before I reviewed them. He promised I'd be happy once they were complete. The install happened a few days later, Jose and Dima were here putting in the garage door. Everything came out looking beautiful and in the end, I'm happy to have used them. If you do place special orders, be patient with the process.

Google5From the start of the experience which was the repair of a keypad opener, to a proposal for the replacement of existing garage doors, and to the actual install just completed, ADP should be your "go to" contractor for all garage door needs. All of the service technicians were professional and very knowledgeable and came prepared to complete the job. The owner kept in close contact to make sure the jobs were all completed to my satisfaction. ADP's pricing was very competitive and the two week turn around time from signing the contract to having two garage doors, closing motors, and electronic openers installed was very impressive.

Google5Jose is/was AMAZING! He came out the same day when I called about my broken garage door opener. He didn't try to oversell me which the first person that installed my opener did. And he's coming out today to do the installation; less than one week my opener broke! I have gone with 5 star companies in the past because I have had a horrible time with contractors and home improvement companies to later find out the 5-star rating is bribery. This company is the real deal. Will fully update after my opener installation. Update: Jose came out fast and did a wonderful job replacing my garage door opener.

Google5This is my second ADP experience and I would highly recommend them. Their pricing is fair. I didn't do pricing comparisons because I had an emergency. They came out same day, early! and then had to bring specific parts and fixed it next day. Everything was exactly as the technician said it would be. Are they a bargain? Maybe not, but you get what you pay for, and they are a value.
