Google5I damaged my lower panel and accessories on my garage door on 7/18/2923 and had an appointment with another Garage Door competitor for 7/25/2023. The competitor company never called or showed up. I then called Better Place Garage Door 4pm, 7/25/2023 and they scheduled me for 3pm-5pm, 7/26/2023, next day. Their friendly technician Anton, very knowledgeable and professional showed up 10-15 minutes before 3pm, after calling first. He reviewed, analyzed and gave me a costs estimate, which I approved, and I then added some miscellaneous things I needed done on another garage door. Anton expediently fixed and properly completed all tasks less than an hour. Hopefully you never need a Garage door repaired but if you do, I would call on Better Place Garage Door over any other Garage door company and ask for Anton.

Google5Spring broke on our garage door, they came out on a Sunday to repair. Anton the tech, was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Had the repair done quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend!

Google5I normally do not give out 5 stars as I have been in service for the last 30 years. I find it hard to judge a company, as I judge them as if it was my own company. When you call a company and someone pick right up or calls you back in a timely manner - 1 star. When they say they come out same day or next day - 2 stars. Finish the job quickly and clean up - 3. be professional, polite and cheerful - 4 stars. Have company follow up by calling weeks later - 5 stars. I would recommend Better Place Garage Door to all.

Google5Great customer service. Ken, the tech, changed out 2 garage door openers and 2 sets of springs. He arrived within the time that was agreed upon and stayed for nearly 7 hours to do the job. Ken was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using Better Place Garage Doors when I install my third garage door lift.

Google5Had my garage door done completely wrong in a new house (thanks, building contractors), and after 7 years, overwinding a too-small spring made it collapse and break the wires (and spring) and door bottom. Gave Better Place Garage Doors a call and in about 1 1/2 or 2 hours I had someone on site. It wasn't cheap, but there was a bit of damage and I paid for the highest quality spring. The work was done extremely professionally and with much care. The best part: the correct spring made the door A LOT quieter. I feel good about the service and am overall very happy!

Google5Based on the previous reviews, I called Better Place Garage Doors when our door belt broke unexpectedly today. I was so impressed that Anton was able to come out right away and fix it within a few hours of the incident. Great service at a good price!

Google5I was amazed at how fast they were able to come to my house and fix my garage. They had the parts needed to fix the door (springs) so I didn't have to wait for parts, either. The tech was professional and quick, and also gave my garage door a "tune up" (greased the tracks and hinges). Excellent service, and would recommend.

Google5Ken is absolutely awesome! We purchased one garage door initially, and then decided to go ahead and put in the second at the same time. He worked straight through from 1pm-8:30pm. Kept offering him food and drink, and he said he had everything he needed and just kept on working. Super honest too, my neighbor asked for a quote for her door, and he said her problem was not similar to ours and could be repaired rather than replaced. She was impressed by his honestly, ready to purchase a new garage door. I have never seen anyone work as hard and as carefully as Ken. The doors look great and are very sturdy. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!
