They are courteous, have great communication, were on time, and provided a great product and installation. We had 2 new doors and openers installed, and had the exterior trim around each door redone and replaced. They even set up the built-in opener on my vehicle visor for me. Also went over yearly maintenance we should do. Highly recommend!!

Eastern Overhead Door is an absolutely top notch team! Every single person that I met from Eastern Overhead Door was fantastic to work with, incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and they all got the job done perfectly and very quickly! I've worked with a lot of contractors, installers, etc. over the years and the guys from Eastern Overhead Door were BY FAR the absolute best experience I've ever had with a company like this. There is a very good reason they have the amazing reviews (and amount of reviews) that they do - they are fantastic!

The install was flawless and the door preforms perfectly. The installers were professional. The price was very competitive and the quality of the door is 5 star. Highly recommend Eastern. Oh yeah the door is 11feet tall not a standard they had no problem meeting the specs.

My garage door springs broke Monday. I called Eastern that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. Brandon arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional. He even provided a few tips. I'm very pleased with the service and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them and call them next time the garage door needs work!

Writing this on behalf of my dad. He had his garage door installed with Eastern Overhead Door. He had a great experience - they didn't push anything on him and made the garage door that he had already purchased work even though it was a little too big. They were able to come out the next day and did the job very quick at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

About a month ago we contacted Eastern Garage Doors and they immediately got back to us. They came out the very next day. Kris responded and was very professional. Kris walked us through the steps and explained everything perfectly. Once Kris left, we made the decision to use Eastern Garage Doors. We felt really comfortable with them. A few weeks went by and we received a text saying that our door was ready. Charles contacted us on 3/6/23 and they were here on 3/7/23 installing the door. I did not expect them to come out the next day. Our new door was installed and WOW these guys crushed it. They knocked it out in about 3 hours. They cleaned up any mess. They removed our old door. They went over the instructions on how to use the door. Told us that the door has Wi-Fi capabilities. I can't thank Eastern Garage Doors for doing such an amazing job. The crew was extremely professional and friendly. If you're looking for a new door, I would contact Eastern Garage first. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Charles, Kris and the rest of the crew!

There was a little confusion each time with our address and our invoice quote, that created some initial concerns with timing of the project and what was to be done. However they were able to work on making sure what we wanted to get done, did. Other then some of the communication concerns, the work was done well and the attitudes were professional. Services Rendered: Hired to install 2 new carriage style garage doors, 2 new belt operated motors, exterior trim.
