Great service from the office setting up the appointment and helping me troubleshoot over the phone to Jimmy who showed up on time and the problem was analyzed & fixed quickly. He quickly addressed any issues I had including changing out a lightbulb in the garage door, opener, programing my garage door opener for my car. He happily explained what he was doing, as he went along. The previous day another company sent out a tech who tried to scam me and tell me that the spring was broken on the garage door and wanted $700 to fix it. So happy that my neighbor recommended Doortech to me and I will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

These guys were great they had the torsion spring i needed and instead of being discouraging and telling me i needed a professional to do the work or telling me i couldn't do the repair myself they even printed out instructions of how to make my repair properly. Would definitely recommend and will use them for all my garage door needs in the future.

Jimmy was great. He was helpful, didn't mind explaining things to me, got the job done quickly on the spot without multiple visits and the pricing was SO reasonable compared to a competitor that had quoted the job prior to me contacting Doortech. I will only use Doortech from now on. I highly recommend them.

Called them Monday due to my garage door coming out of the track. Technician showed up today and had it fixed in short order. A tension cable had come loose and threw the door out of alignment. Can't beat the price they charged me. Will definitely use them again in the future and will also recommend them to anyone needing garage door service!

I had an excellent repair experience with Doortech. Christine in the office was so incredibly kind, professional, and was able to send someone out within an hour to help with a garage door that would not open. The tech, Brad, who came out to our home was very knowledgeable, professonal, and efficient. We had a control board that was burned (possibly from a power surge), and he had the part on his truck to replace it. He also took the time and effort to show me what to do if the garage door ever won't open and I need to get my car out. The service call fee at $90 seems a little bit high (not including the price of the board), but the customer service experience was absolutely top notch, and the garage door works perfectly now. I put this company's number in my phone for future reference and will recommend them to everyone who needs servicing for their garage door. Thank you, Doortech!

I came by the shop to ask about a part for a 1965 garage door. They tried but said they wouldn't be able to get " genuine replacement parts " - But they offered me a roller and the idea how to make it work and on top of all that, they gave me the one roller for free. And it WORKS!!! Should I have any roll-up door needs in the future - this will be my first stop! Thanks guys! I really appreciate it.

Office and field employees were very cordial and willing to help. Technician came our for a preliminary assessment, then two days later came back to install. I am very impressed with them. Their estimate did not increase my blood pressure, and the work was done in a very timely and professional manner. The person who did the job was clearly very adept at it. For once, I am actually pleased with a local repair service. Services Rendered: The garage door mechanism had broken.
