I was having a problem with both of my garage doors and called them around 2:30 pm. They came the same day and had both doors working in 30 minutes and their service charge was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having garage door issues.
My home is only 6 years old, but I have experienced several problems with the garage door opening as well as staying on the rails. I wasn't sure about Gulf States when I contacted them because I knew nothing of this company, but I would recommend them highly because of Rusty!!! He has taken care of all of my issues quickly, professionally, and (believe it or not) without trying to make me believe that I needed something that I did not require! Because of Rusty, when my garage door opener & rails need to be replaced I will ONLY have Gulf States Overhead Door take care of my needs!!! I hope Gulf States knows what an exemplary employee they have in Rusty as well as what it it means to their customers to do business with an honest, professional employee like Rusty!!!
You never know how spoiled you are to an electric garage door until it breaks and you have to open and close it manually, every time you leave or arrive home! Rusty with Gulf States Overhead Doors was recommended by a friend and he was wonderful! He checked everything out to see if repair was an option, before talking replacement He was on time, with a courtesy call ahead as well. Job was completed quickly and efficiently and price was very fair. I highly recommend Rusty and Gulf States Overhead Doors!

Rusty was amazing. Came out within 24hour notice to replace two garage door openers and performed the work in under 3 hours total! Prompt, affordable, great customer service and even programmed all 4 remotes to operate both doors! Couldn't be more pleased.
Rusty was sooo pleasant and easy to work with! Schedules didn't line up initially but he maintained communication and worked very hard to accommodate our busy schedules! Exceptional service and price! Rusty replaced my torsion springs in my garage door and installed some screws to reinforce the top of the door at no additional cost. Quality work and you can see Rusty takes pride in what he does. Rusty is very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. Also, the same day service after my call in the morning is impressive! My garage door spring broke just after lunch. After a bit of online research, I called Gulf States at 1:35 pm because of their positive reviews. John was very knoweldgeable and helpful. He said he could have a tech come out this afternoon and Rusty arrived within the hour. Rusty was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the spring and made some needed adjustments to the door. He had my garage door working like new by 3:00 pm. I think John and Rusty at Gulf States actually enjoy helping people. They really are a pleasure to work with.
