Highly recommend professional they don't always do same day emergency's but if they can get someone to you they will in a timely manner top tier service was provided greatly appreciate them

Update: Company took ownership of the small problem we ran into with our invoice. Based on the quality of work (high) and the response, I can recommend working with them. The work was good and the garage works well. No one was able to give us an amount and I was told someone would call to take payment. No one called. We eventually received an invoice in the mail and paid it over the phone. I was called back 5 minutes later and asked for more money. I was told there was a minimum and the amount was invoiced incorrectly. Overall, the amount is still fair but the interaction left a pretty poor taste in my mouth. The person asking for more money could have been a little more understanding about how the error may have been perceived by the customer.

Mr. Miyagi of Southeastern Garage Doors has been phenomenal throughout the process of assessing my broken 40-year old wooden door, spec'ing out a new metal door that met my unique door sizing, and in fixing small imperfections in the product that was damaged by the manufacturer in transit. His bid came in a timely fashion and was the best I got for a mid-range door option. We emailed back and forth, and had many phone calls about small details in the design and choice selection. Everything went really smoothly and I felt comfortable with their style of customer support. I even regretted my decision on the placement of the external hardware and they were able to switch two panels to move my "handles" down to a visually appealing position during a visit. The final product was everything I had wanted in a new door and I'm really glad I chose southeastern. They stand by their product and installation team and get the job done no matter what. This review was something I wanted to do because its rare I feel well taken care of these days by a company and they deserve the positive feedback.

Very satisfied with end result. Southeastern was able to come demo my old 20 year garage door and install new one to old door opener system. Technicians were very friendly and professional.

Not even one year and two doors are failing. Can't get in touch with them because they only work Monday through Friday. Totally disappointed. Less stars should be appropriate, but I'm don't know what's happening with the company and its staff. Issue was fixed by my crew. Wasn't as big a deal as suspected. Company arrived two days later and informed us of the proper maintenance required. As as soon as I would've liked, but I upgraded to 4 stars. Not 5 because this is information we could have used at installation. I wasn't aware of a maintenance schedule either.

Southeastern Overhead door did an excellent job replacing the motor and springs on my overhead door. They were extremely professional and very friendly. They showed up on time - did excellent work - and I love the way the new door works! It is really quiet. I can highly recommend this company for anyone needing a garage door!!!

Southeastern Overhead Doors replaced a broken garage door spring for me that had broken in half. They were prompt and knowledgeable. The door had a slight level issue once it had settled in, but Southeastern Overhead Door scheduled and corrected the issue right away. Their garage door technician, Julio, went above and beyond with the whole repair. I strongly recommend Southeastern Overhead Doors if you need a garage repair. I plan on using them if I get my garage doors replaced in the future.

The lady answering the phone was very nice and patient. I met three different technicians from this company. All of them were very professional and polite. They showed up on time and gave me a call at least 15 minute before they arrived. (that hardly ever happens these days) Amazing!!! The first two technicians who came out to repair my door explained the problem to me with details. They didn't try to "sell". My garage door opener was an old discontinued model, so I had to get a new one. The price was reasonable. The technician who came out to install the new one was very nice, professional and on time, too. He finished the installation quickly and nicely. Very happy overall and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Services Rendered: Replaced my garage door opener.

I called on a Monday to request a new garage door opener to be installed. The receptionist took my information and my request for a specific date of service. I was called the day before the service as a reminder and was given a time window for the technician to arrive. The technician arrived on time. He installed the door opener and it didn't take very long. He took our old door opener and cleaned up everything. It was a very quick and easy process. Services Rendered: Installed a new Liftmaster garage door opener.
