Failed to keep me informed regarding the fact they would be late and I had to call them to find out what the status of our appointment was. I cancelled the service request and am rescheduling with an Angie's list A+ pro for less than the estimated $400.00+ by Battle Creek Door. Services Rendered: Had an appointment set 1+ week in advance, they never called to say they would be late and the installation cost was 3 times that of local competition that had a A+ rating on Angie's list.
