I was not totally happy with how the sales person told me to lie to get financing so it would go through quicker. It honestly felt like a scam at first. Then there was radio silence when it came to installation and when it was going to be done. We had to reach out weeks later and then they said, "we're planning in being out there Friday." Would have been nice to have that date ahead of time instead of 4 days before. However, my husband and I LOVE OUR NEW DOORS! We are so happy with the quality, look and feel of the doors. They have changed the appearance of our house for the better! I have to bring up and point out Nick and Brandon who actually installed our doors. They were professional, clearly took pride in the work they do, and respected our home. Then they showed us how to work the doors and anything else that might be helpful to us as home owners. We can't thank them enough for answering our questions and doing such a stellar job!

Will and Brandon swiftly replaced our opener on one of our dock doors. After installation they educated me on how the operation of the eyes work. Very informative and I appreciate the thoroughness they gave to me before leaving the job.

Had to get the spring assembly replaced on my garage door. Service Technician Al came out and did the job in very reasonable time. He was very courteous and professional. We have lived here over 5 years now, and this is the smoothest and quietest that this door has functioned. When I called to get someone out to look at the door (it was coming down very hard) they stopped by to inspect the same day that I had called and we were able to make an appointment for the repair within a couple days. All in all, 5 from the initial call, the inspection of the door and the repair. Everyone was great to deal with!!!

Excellent service. Darryl and Zack! EXCELLENT! They got me out of my garage after I backed into it. Fixed nuts and bolts and got it working good again. Will always call for service. Hopefully I don't back into it again..

I use Overhead Door, Battle Creek Office for repairs on a regular basis. Will and Nick are always professional and helpful when I have questions. We had an issue last year when a component failed and caused damage to our door. Overhead came out and made it right with us and that is how business should be. I recommend them for sure!

Overhead Door of Battle Creek did an awesome job! I'm so happy I decided to go with Overhead Door! Jake and Gage did an excellent job installing my door and were very friendly. They even helped us catch our kittens that were on the loose! :-) They explained everything to me and I couldn't be happier with my new garage door!!

Excellent service. Were able to schedule a visit within a day of the phone call, repair man was timely, and efficient. Services Rendered: An older opener on a pole barn with missing remote (readying home for sale).w/ a door that didn't open smoothly and fittings that were loose. They were able to adjust, tighten the fittings, and service the older model as well as provide a replacement remote.when it was thought that the only hope was to replace the old one.

Called them for replacement doors a week ago, still waiting for them to call back. Have used Overhead Door in Toledo, and received excellent service, which is why I called them here in Battle Creek. Disappointed, but fortunately there are many other company's that DO want our business. Services Rendered: No work performed

Put in a request on Angies List on a Friday- did not hear from them so called them on Monday. Got an email response from them on Angies List on Tuesday. Couldnt get an appt for a week- and were warned on phone we might need a new system even though they had not even been to the house yet. Sure enough it would be $200 to fix or $300 for new. So we went with new. Waited another week for installation. Thank goodness for 10% Angies list coupon. System works fine but they put in a different brand than what was listed on estimate. Services Rendered: Replaced complete garage door opening system

Great service. Very responsive to initial call. Had a cable break and the aluminum door twisted and skewed into a huge mess when the opener was activated to close the door. Initially called on a Friday morning at approx. 8:30 am. Derek was there by 10:00 am to assess the situation. Derek reviewed all of the options, including the price of repair, the price of new doors. Decide to replace the old door because of it's age and damage. Settled on a new Haas steel door, insulated. Highly recommend this company. Note: We utilize this company where I work. We have somewhere in the neighborhood of 40~50 overhead doors, so we keep them busy. They are a good outfit to deal with. Services Rendered: Installed new Garage door. 16' x 7', Steel insulated, with all hardware (minus opener). Hauled away old aluminum door, and hardware.
