Called a week ago for a quote to get my house insulated. No individual answered the call. An answering machine answered instead. I left a message with name, telephone number and basic information as to what I needed. Still waiting for a return call from the company. Not impressed.
Very responsive and promptly came to my home to provide me with a blow in insulation quote. All of my questions were answered and I never felt that I was being mislead. My quote was emailed to me within a few hours of home inspection. I was extremely pleased with their offered bid, so we quickly set date and time for job to be completed. On the scheduled date, a gentleman from Parker Insulation arrived at my home by 0745 and was finished in approximately 1hr. Once the job was completed he cleaned the work area. I will definitely be calling Parker Insulation for future jobs on my home. Thank you for being so professional and honest.
Parker Insulation has been great to us from the beginning! I submitted an estimate request online via their website and within an hour, Ken gave me a call to set up an appointment. We ordered replacement for six windows which took a little bit of time to come in due to COVID-19. Ken kept us informed of the order status and as soon as they were in, we set an installation date for the next week. At 7:30am, the windows were dropped off and by 9:00am (right on schedule), the crew showed up to install. Ken swung by during work and after completion to ensure everything was satisfactory. The crew (Aaron, Kesha, and Dawn) were fast, tidy, and so friendly. They wrapped by 2:00pm and Aaron even fixed our blinds that were not functioning properly! The windows look amazing and we're so thankful for Ken's recommendations throughout the process. Would absolutely use them again! Thank you!
Good professional service all around. I was looking elsewhere and got stiffed and talked with Tamera and she got me straight. Got my quote which was cheaper than the other company and scheduled right away. Insulation technician was professional and on time. Even the scheduling lady was nice. I am definitely using this company again in the future and will reccomend to anyone.
Looking for some new windows this is the place to go. They are super affordable and organized. The guys who installed the windows did a great job and cleaned up after themselves they was no mess at all for me to clean. Definitely will be calling then in the future for my other windows
I used Parker insulation and building products after a friend recommended them to me for my window replacement. The company had phenomenal customer service and provided wonderful work at a reasonable cost! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company to replace windows on their home!
These guys showed up in the most awful weather, crawled into the crawlspace of our home and spray foamed the subfloor. They did a super job! Fair pricing and very professional, will use for all further insulation needs. Thank you guys very much!
