**** gave us great confidence that he could deliver and install our 8' X 14' garage door upon our purchase date June 6, We waited 6 weeks and the installation got postponed 5 times as of today September 28. They got our check and we have no door. There is an excuse that the manufacturer has no interest to create the door. I use to be a contractor, things happen some times, but juggling peoples lives and trades around many appointed dates does not far well to my professional master carpenters life of 50 years. It should be an easy motion to buy a new garage door, We are so disappointed and disappointed and disappointed and disappointed and disappointed yet again.

Their technician overcharged me. The minimum charge for a service call (as of August 2023) is $100 (plus tax), but the technician charged me $150 (plus tax).
The gentleman who repaired our garage door was extremely effective, efficient, polite and professional. It was a pleasure meeting him. The costs were reasonable, too!
Overhead Door installed our garage door over 15 years ago. This winter some screws pulled out of the panel connecting the arm to the door and the door came down. Called Overhead and they came out the next day, reinforced the panel and got the door working in a half hour. First repair needed in 15 years (other than upgrading the remote control a few years ago). Highly recommended. Quality product and great friendly service.
Our garage door was not working. An hour after I called, there was help on the way. The large, rusty spring was removed and replaced super efficiently. Haven't had service like this in awhile! Thank you so much for such professionalism....and friendly service.
Derek came out promptly and fixed our issue. Our garage would not close. Derek was courteous and did some other maintenance. He showed me how to maintain our garage door. I called OHD because the door was working intermittently. **** explained immediately what was going on with the sensor so that I could self-diagnose next time. Plus, he did some maintenance, added a plate for structural support, and even changed the light bulb in the unit. Honestly, it was the nicest, most informative service visit Ive ever had. Im a single mom running my own business and getting such quick, good service made my day.

John and OHD did a great job repairing my broken garage door spring. Their quote was was accurate and John came by exactly when OHD said he would. OHD has a great staff throughout the service request and gave excellent advice to help me keep my garage door operational for many years to come. The technician Pat, arrived to help me open the garage door. The spring broke with the car in the garage. He offered me options for either replacing the spring or the door. I had the door replaced and it was the best choice. I changed out an old wood door for a nice metal door. I'm writing this about 5 months after the door replacement. But I want to mention that I also have scheduled them to come out ard replace the automatic door opener. Services Rendered: Replaced Garage Door
Had a garage door torsion spring break on a Saturday morning. I sent an email in via their website and was answered promptly when they opened Monday morning from Jeff. I had said that I would either like an appointment or if they were booked about a week out unless it was an emergency. I brought in my springs and they were able to cut new ones for me (and way faster than I was expecting). Great customer service so far, but it gets better. I go home and install the springs, but the door felt like it bound up about two feet off of the ground. I call in the next morning and speak with Jeff to let him know I better get on the schedule for the next appointment. He asked what kind of problems I had with the install, and when I described them he knew what the problem might be. I went home that night and within an hour my garage door works! There were a couple of times Jeff could have just said "let's get you an appointment", but with his knowledge was able to help without an extra charge. I am grateful for the money I didn't have to spend, but more grateful to have our garage door working! Thanks Jeff and team! It's not like a garage door is an everyday purchase, but if any one I know is in the market for a door or service, I wouldn't hesitate to steer them towards the local Overhead Door Co.
OHD responded promptly to our request for service. A technician called to arrange the appointment, did the work quickly and efficiently. The next day, we experienced a problem with one of the doors (which may have been operator error). We called and a tech (John) was at our home within 30 minutes. He immediately saw the problem and corrected it in a minute. Problem easily solved. Both OHD techs were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely use OHD again as needed. Our garage door came off the tracks, tilting to one side and bending the tracks. The door could neither open nor close, and it was late afternoon Sunday. A call to their 24/7 emergency line and we were fully back up and running within a few hours of our call. They were clear on the cost, and the technician was very professional and helpful. Wonderful — I’m so impressed. I called Tuesday at 4:00 They had someone here Wednesday at 11:30. John knew everything about the door in my garage — gave me lots of confidence. He suggested upgrading my springs — for $30 more, they'll probably last the rest of my life. He also oiled and serviced the whole door and tested the safety feature. They hung it crooked saying the garage was not level. The previous door was hung to fit the opening and worked fine. They refused to fix it. They charged me $65 dollars more to put a strip of plastic on the door to cover the gap under the door. Services Rendered: Install a new garage door.
Only one of the springs had been broken, but they strongly urged me at the time to replace the other one as well. I later learned through research that it wasn't really necessary for me to have done that. Services Rendered: They replaced two springs on my garage door.
