Had several questions about their brush door frame weatherproof seals so I sent them an email from their contact page with my questions. Did this opposed to calling so I would have the answers in writing. After 5 days, never heard from them so I sent them a direct email to their sales email address. After a week, never heard from them. If they can't follow up from two email attempts, they don't get my business. I went instead with another competitor for weatherproofing garage door brush seals. The other company was very helpful and immediately got back to me.

We called Monday to see if we could purchase a commercial garage door opener from this company. Beth had to call to North Central Door down the street, she called us back at 8am on Tuesday and said one was available. We called at 8:30am to let Beth know we were on our way as we live 1.5hrs away from the company. She said it would be there and ready. We arrived there at 10am and Beth told us the North Central Door was very slow at processing orders and it would be another 30 minutes. We left and returned at 10:30am where she told us it would be another 30 minutes. At this point we went to North Central Door to see if we could purchase directly from them, and spoke to the head salesman, who was fantastic. We were shown the PO showing Beth did not place the order until 10am that morning. We were told it takes about 1.5 hrs for them to do what they need to do and get it out the door. They were apologetic even though it was not their error. They were quite upset by the situation and the way we were treated by American Garage Door Supply. We were not able to wait an additional 1.5 hrs to receive this opener and had to return home. So thanks to Beth we made a 3 hour drive for nothing, wasted our time and still have no garage door opener. All she had to do was be honest about when it would be available and order accordingly. So thanks for wasting our time Beth.
