Chris returned my call quickly when one of my rollers came off and my door was stuck open, and before noon the same day Troy came by and got it all fixed up and even came back later to help with some bracket replacement! Beyond wonderful service and a fair price. We really appreciate your help today!

Wow. When our garage door got bumped by a neighbor and needed repair, I figured it would be really expensive and a pain in the behind. Lucky for us, we connected with Chris Bliss of Garage Door Guys LLC and ended up getting a thorough, professional repair at a fraction of the expected cost and wait. The estimate process was quick and easy and the number was better than expected. Repairman Troy showed up right on time to do our job with a salvaged panel (much cheaper than new). While three panels had been slightly crushed, he was able to get the bottom panel in place and use braces to strengthen and straighten the second panel. He quickly but thoroughly installed the salvaged bottom panel and then did a complete review of the door's functionality, adjusting the settings and oiling the hinges, all the while explaining to us how to get the best life out of our system. If we EVER need anything for this garage door again, these guys are our first call. We HIGHLY recommend them. And, if you are gonna buy a door and have it installed, we recommend you let them provide AND install your door - you will have a higher quality, long-lasting door for about the same price as you can get a cheap door from the store installed. Definitely check them out if you need garage door work.

They were on time, courteous and fast. The technician took the time to explain to me what he was going to be doing and afterwards letting me know what caused the issue and how he resolved it. They made it quick and painless, plus their springs come with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend them to anyone. Services Rendered: Replaced the spring on my garage door
