Great service! They came out right away and fixed my issue within an hour. He gave good info about future replacements as needed but respected my wishes to keep the same old door working and conserve costs. Totally recommend.

After garage door spring failed, Broken Top Garage Doors was able to come out and fix it the next day! The door works better and quieter now. Price was fair and reasonable. I would give them more than 5 stars if Google let me. Friendly, excellent service, highly recommend.
My wife and I count ourselves fortunate to have Brokentop as our go to garage door specialists. The office staff person I spoke with was great; an understanding advocate for our predicament. And Jahan, Brokentop's field rep and repair person was a true craftsmen. He did an excellent job.
My automatic garage door wouldn't stay down reliably. It kept coming back up after I closed it. I called seven companies and didn't get helped by most of them. When I called Broken Top, they were very easy to deal with and scheduled me for two days ahead. The technician Brad was so competent, knew exactly what to look for and quickly fixed it, and explained what had been happening. I will use them again without hesitation if I have future needs.
Busy day, service came later than expected and might have had to wait another day, but fortunately the right part (the spring) was in the back of the truck. I had an option of full repair for all that would keep the door opening and closing as it should. The job was completed within the hour. Easy as could be!

We had our garage door replaced by Brokentop Garage doors. The entire experience was great from the first call to the installation. We called on a Friday night and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. They called before they arrived. Our door was installed by Thursday and this was during a horrible snow storm! Thank you for expediting everything so we could get our two vehicles back in the garage. I highly recommend them.
Got them to come and fix my garage door in 3 business days. I called 2 other companies and didn't get a call back. Repairman was on time and was able to diagnose and fix my door in about an hour. He did a great job and the door works better than it did before it broke.

One of the main coil springs for our double garage door broke, making it impossible to open the door----- and trapping our car inside. Called BrokenTop Garage doors. Friendly and responsive person answered and took my info. In less than 20 minutes, technician Derek arrived to do the repairs (fortunately he was already in the area). Derek was everything you would want in a repair technician---courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, speedy and well equipped with all tools and parts needed. He explained the repair process and estimated cost up front, and then within about 35 minutes he had competed the spring replacement and restored the door to proper working order. The bill was reasonable as well. I would absolutely call upon BrokenTop Garage Doors for any future garage door needs---and would ask for Derek based on his stellar performance on our door repairs.
So glad for Google reviews, so that when I needed some help with our garage doors, we could find and connect with Brokentop Garage Doors! Brad arrived on time and was just a really great guy. We'd had a non-functioning garage door for about two years - my husband was always "going to" fix it until we decided "going to" just wasn't going to happen. We agreed on a price that we wouldn't go past for Brad to fix it. He was decidedly BELOW our agreed-upon price. He fixed it in less than an hour and now we have the luxury of a functioning garage door! Wish we'd have found Brokentop Garage Doors sooner -- it was an entirely great experience!
Called BGD early this morning 11-20-2020) to inquire about getting someone to replace a broken spring on one of my garage doors. The young lady explained the possible costs and said that she could have Brad come out today between 12 and 2PM. Received a call from Brad around noon and he said he be at our home in 20 minutes. He fixed the broken spring quickly. Highly recommend BGD. Kudos to Brad.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. They came promptly (as promptly as they could - they are clearly in high demand) and fixed a sketchy 40-year old garage door for us. Derek was the service person who did the job - which he did in two parts so I could get approval for the cost - which was eminently reasonable. I love that they did *zero* upselling - the focus was just on making sure the garage was safe and worked effectively. Derek was so great at explaining what needed to be done and why, and I appreciated that he arrived masked as well. I don't need to worry about the garage door for a long time now - but if anything else ever happens there is no other place I'd work with.
derek came right out and replaced our aging garage door opener with a liftmaster, oiled and adjusted the track and replaced a deteriorating weather strip. sounds and operates to perfection!! thanks, derek!!!!
