Google5Had a problem with my garage door and they got back to me quickly and diagnosed the issue. Work complete in a reasonable amount of time and at a good price. Would recomment Cascade to anyone with a garage door issue.

Google5My garage door broke on Saturday just before departing on a long road trip. Office called me first thing Monday a.m. and had a tech there by 9:00 a.m. and was able to get on the road shortly after. Good people and good service.

Google5Garage door broke at our vacation home on our way out the door. Cascade Garage door was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, order the part and get it fixed at a reasonable price and a fast timeline. Overall an easy and pleasant experience!

Google5The service on November 10, 2023 was excellent. The service person was very efficient and knew what the problem was right away. He went ahead a fixed the problem and checked over the Garage door opener. All is working well! We will definitaley call Cascade Door again if we have a problem.

Google5My garage door has not been functioning properly, thus contacted Cascade Garage Door. Customer service is excellent. Cotton Scott showed up as scheduled. I greatly appreciate Cotton's help extended to me in fixing the problem. Cotton is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, honest and very friendly. Simply put it, Cotton is awesome! I would highly recommend Cascade Garage Door/Cotton Scott, and If I could give million stars for Cotton's workmanship, I would definitely go for it! Thank you Cotton!

Google5My business has been using Cascade Garage Door for a few months now after not having great experiences with some other local companies and we could not be more pleased with the service we have received. These guys are incredibly responsive, they work us in within a couple of days of notifying them of an issue, and they are very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them!

Google5Amazing experience! Called for a possible repair, had a very knowledgeable and experienced young man out that afternoon. Quickly diagnosed the issues, and was done in less than an hour. Incredible, as was the pricing!! Would very highly recommend them to friends and family!

Google5The team at Cascade Garage Door was excellent to work with. We had an unfortunate experience with a new home and the company that did the new install was negligent and non-responsive. The Cascade team jumped in and immediately helped us with diagnosing the problem, implementing a temporary fix and ultimately helped us replace the faulty parts & install.

Yelp5Cascade Garage Door provided next day service on what I thought was a bad motor. It would not raise or lower and seemed to be locked in place. Emergency cord was no use. It turned out to be shifting of the foundation of the building, resulting in over tightening of the door rails on the building. I would've never thought of that. My tech was awesome in discovering that and fixing it on all my doors. Highly recommended.

Yelp5They are an excellent company to work with. I had a garage spring break and other garage door companies were booked 2 weeks ahead. I called Cascade Garage Door, late in the day. They had a tech come to inspect the spring in in the morning and the work was completed before the end of the day. Everyone in the team is in constant communication with the homeowners; which is refreshing. They are a pleasure to work with from the inital phone call to the service completion. Highly recommend and will use them again when my garage door needs repairs.

Yelp5I admit it. I backed into my own garage down. I have excuses, but none of them are good. The fact is at 3 degrees outside while it was actively snowing my car was stuck in my garage which was half way stuck. I called and they had someone come out within a few hours who fixed it on the spot. The repair person (Efron, I think) did such a great job and was so kind and friendly. 10 out of 10; recommended!

Yelp5Someone in our house, we won't name names (there's only 2 of us who drive and it wasn't me), drove into the garage without the door fully up and the roof box on top of the car.... It ripped the door off the tracks and trashed the bottom two panels. I called Cascade and they actually sent someone that evening, less than an hour from when I called. They got it working again. They ordered and installed the replacement panels, which took a few weeks, and recommended a great painter. It looks like new. Well done!! I'd send my grandmother to these guys. I had an "opportunity" to use this service... again... we will not name names but someone drove our car into the garage door... again... Anyway, Cascade Garage Door took good care of us!

Yelp5I can see why Cascade Garage Door gets 5 stars! I called yesterday afternoon and within a half hour received a call back and an appointment was set up for the next day! They were prompt, serviced the garage doors and corrected the problem, their price was quite fair, and they are the nicest people ever!

Yelp5We had them initially install some custom made wood garage doors for us 15 years ago and this was the first time we've ever had to call for service! They scheduled an appointment for the very next day (promptness like that can be rare in Bend) and called the next morning and actually came sooner than expected. The guys were professional and handled the problem quickly and even serviced the other door for us while there. We were expecting a bill 3 times what we were charged, so that was an awesome plus! No problem recommending them for any door services one might need.

Yelp5What an amazing company! I can't say enough about them. I called on a Monday afternoon at 2pm because our garage door was not wanting to shut anymore without holding the button on the control in the garage. Jessica sent a technician our that same day! He diagnosed the issue and said they'd need to replace a part, at this time it was 420pm so we set it up for the next day. They made did the replacement and the garage door works smoothly and much more quietly. Definitely recommend giving them a call for any garage door problems. They are amazing.

Yelp5Cascade Door is awesome! Our spring broke on our double garage door. I called and they had someone at the house within two hours...it was fixed a half hour later. And for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your quick action and repair.
