Quick response to repair my home garage door. Our house was built in the late 70s. Heavy wooden door had jumped the tracks and also lost wheels. Ryan came to inspect and was able to fix same day!! He shored up the tracks, replaced all wheels and had it up and running in a flash!! The new nylon wheels are soooo quiet and smoothe. PERFECT! And reasonable on price. Saved me from needing new tracks too! Thank you!!

The team (Dwight and Guy) that repaired our garage door was very professional and efficient. They gave us good adequate notice of arrival. They also reviewed possible future issues and repaired them with quality and safety. The team even safeguarded the Added braces on the panels to eliminate any sharp edges. They took the time to review prices on repairs prior to making any adjustments and were very educated in the decision-making process. The door works perfectly now with no issues

It took a week before the technician could come out to service our garage door but it was well worth the wait! He called10 minutes before our appointment and arrived promptly on time. He was very professional and courteous. He informed us of what he found needed to be done. We asked a few questions regarding replacing the springs (since the door was over 30 years old). He gave us his estimate in time to install the new springs and the cost for everything. It was several hundred dollars less than an earlier estimate we'd gotten from another company and he was able to complete the job the same day! Wow! The Central Oregon Garage Door team made two wonderful wood doors for my house. They built the door with tongue and groove panels, stained all sides of the boards, stained the back of the door, and installed doors with 1/2-inch glass. They operate with a super quiet direct drive lift. Fine workmanship, terrific installation, and great customer service. What more could you want?

I know these guys are good, they installed garage controllers for me before. I just called to get help with one opener that refused to open one door, and the emergency cord was not releasing the door. Due to conditions locally, I suppose, they declined servicing the unit they installed, citing no staff and would not schedule me.
Spring/pulley system failed on our garage door. Called Central Oregon Garage Door and booked an appointment for two weeks out but was on their waiting list. They called back with a cancellation and came the next day (New Years Eve). They diagnosed the problem but didn't have all the parts so scheduled for the coming week. Again they called with a cancellation and came a day earlier than expected. The two technicians displayed a lot of expertise. They replaced all the pulleys and added some safety features for the springs. Overall we would highly recommend Central Oregon Garage Door.

We had a problem with our garage door and was referred to Central Oregon garage door here in Redmond. They came out the first day they were very courteous efficient. They fixed the door and then explained everything That they did including tightening all the bolts and oiling them. I highly recommend them
I called to simply discuss some budget figures for a project. Josh met with me within that hour and answered all questions. Much appreciated. They are most customer oriented.
They came out when they said would and installed a keypad and programmed two new door openers. We had a issue with one door not always closing. They had to make a second trip a few days later to fix the eye sensors. At first they charged a second service call visit but after some discussion we agreed that the issue wasn't resolved on the first trip so the problem was fixed without an additional service charge. They were friendly, efficient and fair.
