Ben from Value Garage Doors was great. Competitive, responsive, and did additional research and offered alternatives during the quote process. He had an Angie's List special on openers that I was also able to get. While the door supplier messed up on the window tint and window placement on one of the panels, Ben had it covered immediately-already on the phone with a fix in place. Overall excellent, reliable, and went above and beyond. Would recommend any day. Services Rendered: Replaced 2 old single wood garage doors with new steel doors w/ wood grain finish and 8 panel tinted glass and garage door openers.

Ben from ValueGarageDoors came across to provide a free estimate; I had checked out prices with a couple of other sources plus Home Depot (supply + installation service). Ben's quote specified all items that he would be providing (door brand etc. + the services to be provided) and was very reasonable; price wise lower than others, brand and specification was comparable to Home Depot, better than the others. We had to wait 2 weeks because we wanted a specific color to match the siding, and this was not available off the shelf; however no extra charge. Ben came across and did a thorough job of removing the old door + railings and installing the new one, and calibrating the door opener + remotes. Services Rendered: Replacing a garage door that had buckled; added remote controls to the door opener.

He came, a little later than promised, but still quickly and fixed my door temporarily till he got the part. It was quick and he worked around my time frame. When the part arrived, he came back as promised and made the permanent repair. He even fixed my other door's signal light at no charge. Services Rendered: replace spring
