Cole was able to come the same day we called for help with our garage door. He arrived on time and got straight to work. When he learned he required assistance to get our door back on the track, he called Coop and Levi to come assist him. They quickly joined him and they were able to get our garage door back in working order quickly. Cole was very communicative throughout his entire time working, keeping us up to date on what he was seeing and what he needed to do to fix the door; as well as what we could expect from a price standpoint. They spent time educating us on regular maintenance of the door. All of this work and parts used ended up being much less expensive than we expected. Would 100% recommend Alpha Overhead to anyone.

I had been trying to get the original installer of my garage door to respond for repairs but they did not respond to three calls. So I blindly picked Alpha off google they immediately respond. Technician "Cole" was excellent and went the distance to ensure my door was repaired, improved and lubricated. Alpha will now be my go-to garage door company to use and refer people to!

Found myself in a tight spot in the middle of January with sub zero temps and a broken garage door that wouldn't close. Cole & Miguel from Alpha Overhead door were out the next day and knocked out the job in an hour at a very reasonable price. Couldn't be more impressed with Alpha Overhead Door and their professional & courtesy staff. Would definitely recommend this company for all your garage door repairs and/or installations. Receptionist was so amazing and polite- I backed into my garage door. Quickly found a technician to come out the same day! Garage door would not close and this winter cold I could not have it kept open. 2 hours after I called , Cole showed up, he was professional, kind and fixed the door within 20 minutes! Price was amazing and the work done was stellar! Thank you Cole!

I am very impressed with Alpha overhead doors. From scheduling to the technician, everyone was amazing to deal with. Cole, the technician, was very thorough, and noticed some things that needed to be fixed. He was very respectful of our property and a pleasure to interact with. Most definitely will be using Alpha again for all of our garage door needs.

Alpha Overhead Door was amazing! They came to my house the day I called. The service man, Isaac, waited until I could get home and came right at the asked for time. He did a wonderful job, was quick, and was informative. He fixed what I called for in an easy manner and pointed out a couple other issues. I could totally see what he was talking about so I know he was being honest. he fixed those issues too very quickly. He also showed me how to maintain my doors to lengthen the time they will work. I would highly recommend this company and their employee Isaac as well.

Ryan and Fred were a fantastic crew to work with! Very personable, super friendly and knowledgeable. Bonus points for being absolutely hilarious! They paid close attention to detail and made quick work of our install. Our doors turned out beautiful! Pete in the office was also extremely professional and kept me updated regarding the status of everything in the weeks leading up to our install. They provided fantastic customer service. Highly impressed! I cannot recommend them enough.

Alpha was very quick to get me on their schedule when a spring broke on our older garage door. When Andrew showed up, he saw that we had larger springs that weren't readily available and would have to be special ordered. He reluctantly gave me a second option because it would cost more but when I asked when that could be done, I was told he could do it the same day. I went with the pricier option but didn't feel like I was being upsold. I'm glad we did. Andrew was quick and professional and I will likely use them again should the need arise.

Installed 2 new garage door openers which work great, though they tried to charge me more than the quoted price. Supposedly did a "16 point check " on the rest of the door, were in and out of there ASAP. 2 months later spring and cable snapped. They probably needed to be babysat to be sure they followed through.

Could not be more pleased with Alpha Overhead Doors! My wife and I are remodeling a 1979 home that has been somewhat neglected. They met with us many times and spent countless hours till my wife found just the right ones! The installers were right on time and extremely professional, despite the age of the home and the many issues that they ran into the doors are perfect, completely level and look amazing! We have two large garage doors at our business and needed to make sure they were not going to break down. Andrew and the crew came by for free to give me an idea if we needed any preventative maintenance. We ended up getting a little work done on them to make sure we are good for the winter. I am glad we did because if they broke down we would be in a pickle and would have cost more than a little bit of preventative maintenance. After installing a garage door opener on my door it will not close properly. I have had to meet these people numerous times numerous phone calls and when it's all said and done if they fix it properly I will have paid over $700. I would suggest you search around for other garage door people.
