Google5Our experience with Choice Garage Doors was excellent from start to finish. Booking an appointment was very easy with the scheduler, Priscilla. The sales technician came to our house to generate an estimate and he offered a variety of options with no high pressure sales pitch! He made sure questions were answered to our satisfaction. The Installer was courteous and professional. The work was complete in just a few hours. This company is very easy to work with and we recommend them highly.

Google5Great attention to detail. Had both garage doors replaced along with new openers. Excellent job had this work done three year's ago ! Not one problem they work perfectly! Highly recommend choice garage doors!

Google5Repairs were made to my garage door at my home in Norwich. I will definitely usel this company again if need be. The technician was professional and able to diagnose and repair garage door quickly. The cost of the repair was less than i expected.

Google5My husband and I purchased two doors. We are very pleased with all aspects of the doors as well as our interactions with the team at Choice Garage Doors. Great quality doors, attractive, quiet, and function well. Ivan, the company owner, goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. Dan, the employee who installed our doors, does impeccable work. He did a fantastic job in a timely manner. The office manager and sales people are efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Overall, I would highly recommend!!

Yelp5The owner of the company, Ivan? came to my house where one of my garage door's electrical openers wasn't working at all. The other garage door, which was a manual door, couldn't be lifted at all. I guess all my questions made him a bit anxious and he said to me, "do you not trust me?" I thought it was a great bit of actual honesty. I replied, "no, not at all, I just like to know as much as possible about what is going to be done." Maybe, in retrospect, I was a bit suspicious and didn't realize it, that's what happens when you've been a landlord for over twenty years and have to deal with all kinds of dishonest repair people. In about an hour Ivan had everything fixed. I wasn't even expecting him to do the work right then, but he did, and the price seemed reasonable. I don't have anything to compare it to as I had just moved to Binghamton, but as I said, the price seemed fair, he was very competent and explained everything he did after he was finished, which was a nice touch. I would definitely hire him again.

Yelp5Not only did Choice do a great job replacing our garage doors. But several weeks after we had paid for the job Ivan called my husband and said he had overcharged us and sent us a check for over $400! We have worked with many contractors over the years and we have never had such an honest one and our doors look and work great!
