Google5I knew Charles from helping him build his website. And when our garage door didn't open one day, I knew who to call. He and his wife came out the very next day and were very helpful. They showed us where we had one spring snap and the other one was well on its way too. He had the parts with him and was able to fix our garage door back in working order within the hour! That was over a year ago and we have had no garage door issues since. Hopefully we don't, but if we do... we will be calling Charles with Garage Doors 4 U!

Google5I can't say enough good things about Charles and his workmanship! OUTSTANDING customer service and repair work! He repaired my garage door better than it was before the problem. He didn't try and sell me something, just repaired the door. I would highly recommend him. If I could give him a 10, I would.

BBB1I was quoted a price from Charles for $3500 to do the job and after it was completed he gave me a bill for $5300. I would recommend not to business with Charles since he cannot keep his word.

Google5Service was great and called stating they would be earlier than expected. I had a bad door removed and a new door installed and the service was completed timely. My old doors were taken away and they cleaned up after job completion. I was looking to replace our door and due to stock availability and scheduling we were able to set up appointment within a week. This was great timing as some of the big box stores had estimated 8-10 weeks and they handled installation. We are very happy that we selected them for our needs and would recommend them for anyone needing garage door service.

Angi5Excellent over the phone service. God bless this man and his business. Please hire him if you have the opportunity to do so. I truly believe you will be satisfied. If I ever need him I'm definitely going to use him in the future. And so should you. Services Rendered: My garage door would only come up about one foot and stop. I would have to lightly help it up the remainder of the way. To my surprise I spoke with Charles McDonald over the phone. I told him what the problem was and he was able to talk me through self correction. That was the best experience I could have ever had. He could have come out and charge me a lot of money like another garage door services was going to do, however he told me it was something I can fix myself. Over all the other company was going to charge me $300. He gave me free service over the phone. This is a good man. Charles McDonald is a great person in my eyesight. If he can come do work for you please get him to do so. He will not take your money for something you can do yourself. I truly believe if you can't perform the work and need his services, he will give you the best price over any other.

Angi5Absolutely unbelievable!! My garage door hardware was damaged. I called Charles at 10 AM to see when he could repair the hardware since I could not open the door without further damaging it. He told me that he could repair it the next day. I asked him if he could squeeze me in today. He said he would see how the other jobs went. He called me at 2 PM. He said he could fit me in in between another appointment, He arrived at 2:35 PM and my door was repaired by 3:20 PM!!! Charles is brilliant, efficient, friendly, and extremely talented. I recommend his company 100%-without hesitation. Services Rendered: Repaired garage door hardware

Google5Charles arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained why the part broke and replaced it promptly. Charles and his staff were professional throughout and did not charge an arm and a leg for the repair. I highly recommend Garage Doors 4U.

Angi5Wow! Our original garage door failed, falling on our cars on a Friday. Mr. McDonald and his wife came over the same afternoon, stabilized the doors and allowed us to get our cars out. He returned with a fully insulated door the following Monday. He removed and hauled off the defective old equipment, and replaced it with an outstanding new door in only about two hours. He's amazingly skilled, and gave us an exceptionally good price on the work, leaving us with a significantly improved door. Highly recommended! Services Rendered: Replace collapsed garage door

Angi5Called on a Saturday evening expecting voice mail. To my surprise, he answered the phone and said he could come in the morning (on a Sunday!). He arrived at 10am sharp as promised (on a Sunday!) and completed the work quickly at a fair price. Could not recommend more highly! Services Rendered: Broken spring on garage door

Google5This Company is AWESOME. Garage Doors 4 U are not only punctual but they are VERY professional. My quote was straight forward and the price for the excellent quality of service was very reasonable and competitive. Their work ethic is impeccable and their customer service is flawless. It took them no time to replace the springs on my garage door. Most of their reviews are on Angie's list, so I took a gamble reading reviews on Google. I must say I was not disappointed.

Google5Charles did a great job! He is quick to respond, easy to talk with, provides accurate estimates and understands the need to do repairs in the least expensive way possible while also doing a quality job. I highly recommend him.
