The torsion spring on my garage door broke, so I called Precision Garage Door for next-day service. The technician, Paul, showed up promptly at the beginning of my 2-hour appointment-window. He was knowledgeable and professional and completed the repair in about 30-40min, all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

We purchased a home with an electric gate upon entry that is from the late 1980s/early 1990s and needed help replacing the keypad and creating a gate code and also getting remotes for the system. They helped us with options, installation and got us up and running SO quickly - within days of calling. We would recommend them without hesitation. Jeff & Daniel are awesome!

Amazing customer service and professionalism at a very reasonable price. We were able to get next day repair on our garage door. The technician was very knowledgeable. Immediately able to diagnose the issue and repair in less than an hour. If we have another garage door incident we will absolutely use them again.

I called on a Saturday around lunch time and a person was at my home in less than 90 minutes and once the issue was found, was able to fully repair both of my doors in less than 2.5 hours. That includes the time it took for him to speak with my home warranty company over the phone. The service technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything throughout the process. Excellent service from the initial phone call all the way to the finished service.

So thankful for Kevin at Precision! Another company insisted I had to completely replace both garage doors and motors for $5000. Kevin came and fixed one door in less than 5 minutes no charge. He said the 2nd only needed a new gear for $300. He thoroughly explained everything and showed me what was wrong with both. I'd recommend this company to anyone for the honesty and high competence that he provided. I won't use anyone else after this.

What a fantastic first experience! I called them when my garage door wouldn't stay open once opened. Marvin came out two days later as scheduled, texted first to let me know he was on his way, & arrived on time. What a delightful knowledgeable man! He immediately knew just what to do...nothing broken, just needed to bend some sensors so they worked. I will most definitely call Precision Door Service again next time I have challenges with my garage doors!!!

Except for the price the guy was supper. But if it as too much money. I would still rate them a an A. There was not anything wrong with it and they were insulated doors. He was prompt. I would use them again. Services Rendered: put 2 new garage doors in and the garage door opener.

Precision Door was very easy to work with. They came out at a time that was convenient for me. After a small scheduling snafu the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. The service tech that came out was professional, knowledgeable, and took time to show me what the issues were as well as point out other items that could be contributing to the problem. Overall great experience and would most definitely use this provider again. Services Rendered: Adjusted my garage door to keep water out, lubricated all of the moving parts to limit noise.

A rip off Precision Garage Door Service, Birmingham, AL This company (Precision Garage Door Service) was a big rip off with a quote estimate fee ($39.99) and a hidden gas charge ($20), as well as gave misleading information to allow you hook up so that they can charge at least service charge and a hidden gas charge. Once at the home, create problems and oversell many parts unnecessarily. Never try Precision Garage Door Service at birmingham/tuscaloosa, AL.
