Why can't all service providers be like Thomasino? Prompt, punctual, effective, friendly, and a fair price. We've used them for 20 years and every single time they impress me.
I needed a repair for my garage door that had come off track. Mike was the technician that did the assessment and repair. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. He fixed the door and had it running like new!
They have always been accommodating and professional and this service call was no different. They gave me a day and time they would be there to service one broken door and three others for maintenance. Came exactly on time. Handled all four doors and they are better than ever. Worst business to ever exist. Terrible people. Liars. Have zero care about the customer. Hard to sleep at night knowing I have paid them a dime. If you hire them in any capacity for your build i apologize to you for not getting to read this first. It does not settle well when contractors accuse you for their faults. I have been living with a plywood covering over my garage door while they continually come out and accuse me of adding things that weren’t in the way before and giving them false measurements (that they measured I have not measured 1 thing). I found Thomasino Door through a contractor who renovated my garage several years ago. They did such a great job that I saved their name and called them when I needed help with the door. They sent a man out the very next day. The repairman was not only on time but early, and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. He was so nice and definitely knew what he was doing. I don't often give reviews but was so impressed with this company that I decided to do so. I would highly recommend them.
Called and kept getting put on hold and bounced around for an hour and then they hung up on me.
This company is amazing. Our garage door motor broke Monday and they came out Wednesday and put in a new one that we bought from Costco. Installation took only and hour and cost only $125. AJ did an AMAZING job and was very professional and friendly. Awesome job Thomasino .
I found this company's card on my unit less than 2 year old home. I called 4 times Thursday with no return call as promised for an appointment. I called back and a receptionist answered and I begin to explain how I was calling again to gain some assistance but if she could not get someone to call me in 20 minutes don't bother. She hung up on me. I see a recent post that this happened to another "could be" customer. I called the next company and the owner had someone at my house on Friday and repaired. Very unprofessional! Horrible experience with this company, we been waiting for an order for 5 months now, and not only the order was completely wrong the first time , they had us going back and forth saying that they had re order the correct items and to wait for another 4 weeks since they had to be specially made. We waited and waited and until now we got nothing, I have called multiple times requesting a refund and every time it was somebody different on the phone saying they would call me back, than they said they couldn't find the paper work for the order and denied it had already been paid for even though I have proof on my bank statement that shows the amount we got charged and the name of this company. So than they said they found the order, but now was waiting for approval to be refunded and again that they would call me back the next day. Well a whole week later passed and nothing, so I called again asking for my refund and now a totally different person with a whole new story as well saying that we hadn't returned the doors that they incorrectly order!!! and I am in complete amaze of how they can make up all this stories when the doors were never even able to be installed since they were incorrect, therefore THEY WERE RETURNED TO THIS COMPANY!!! It makes no sense that we will keep something we cant use, and that the people we have talked to from this place would tell me they had re ordered the doors without the wrong ones being returned. So than I asked to speak with the bookkeeper since that was the last person that told me she needed approval to refund us the money we paid, and her answer was not only ridiculous, but rude. She said that we were the ones that made the order wrong and that therefore we would not get our money back!!! and hung up on me!! Lady you were not even there when the order was made!! (of course she is going to say what she was told to say, she works there! RIGHT!!??) SO UNPROFESSIONAL! They are trying to put the blame on us to keep our money even though we gave them the opportunity to make it right and waited on them for 2 additional months after the initial order and still nothing. NO doors and No refund!!! I asked to speak to the manager and guess what? they said they don't have one so I asked for the owner and so conveniently for them he wasn't available. they said he would call me back and until now still waiting......
Excellent experience with Thomasino. Had two door panel boards out and also had lost the openers for both doors. Called yesterday and appointment first thing this morning on time and out in 45 minutes. Serviced our third door as well and replaced battery in fob. Highly recommend! Est. cost was within $7.00 of final bill!
A++ My husband and I needed a replacement insert for our backdoor, and the guys at Thomasino were on it! We called with measurements, and were quoted a very reasonable price within minutes. Stopped by today to pick up, and left a happy customer. The guys there carried on friendly conversation, and made the transaction very enjoyable!! Thank you again
My garage door would not open or close. From my description of the problem, they were able to diagnose the problem over the phone, make a timely repair and were less expensive than anyone else I had called. They did business the old way, Customer First. Cannot fete my experience high enough. They were super. Would highly recommend them to anyone with any type of overhead door problems. Elisha M.
I needed the old wooden doors on my garage replaced. I got a quote or two and decided to go with Thomasino Door and Window. Their tech came out and installed the door and did an excellent job... on time and without fuss. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I would absolutely use them again.
Had a broken spring on my garage door. They came out, arrived when they said they would, made recommendations on the best option for the repair, one a cheaper option, the other, a slightly more expensive but longer term solution option. We went with the long term solution option. While they were there they lubed up the mechanisms on both doors and made adjustments. Now both doors are quieter and function properly. Pricing was reasonable for the task. Thanks, guys, great job!

Everyone I spoke to on the phone (I did the entire transaction over the phone) was very professional and friendly, and they understood exactly what I wanted and got it for me very quickly and delivered it. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. They were wonderful. Services Rendered: I ordered a mahogany exterior door from Thomasino to replace my front door.
It didn't. I had to call someone else. Services Rendered: Called to get a quote on exterior doors and window replacements. They immediately said they sell but don't install. Really??? This is not something that the average consumer can do. Whats the point in selling if there is no installation. What a hassle to have to hire a carpenter separately. Perhaps they should be listed as a supplier or wholesaler.
Mike arrived on time and replaced a ten-year old component on the opener. He also checked settings and alignment of the door and lubed where necessary. The door has worked perfectly since the repair. Services Rendered: Repaired a garage door opener that would arbitrarily re-open after closing.
They had the best selection and best prices of anyone else in town. Great customer service, lots of options for type of glass in the windows on the front door French doors. Helpful in giving advice regarding hardware for doors. Definitely recommend them!!! Services Rendered: Installed French doors to replace old ones on the front of my house.
