Google5They go the extra mile even for potential customers! Even though they weren't able to take on the work due to the commercial size of our garage, they took the time to walk us through the problems they were seeing, answer all questions, and provide guidance on what to look for in evaluating other people to do the work.

Google5I put a request out on Yelp & Ami was one of the first to respond. He was a gentleman, responsive, did solid work and could not have provided better value. Highly recommended!!

Google5I left messages with several locksmiths with no response so I decided to try the Yelp price request system for the first time. Within a few minutes I got a response from AD Garage Doors and Locks with very clear cut pricing, and I was able to schedule an appointment within a few minutes. On the day of the appointment, Tom arrived on time, was pleasant and friendly, conveyed the pricing clearly, and quickly completed the work and made sure that we also tried all the locks and everything was working properly. Great guy and great experience, I will definitely recommend and use in the future.

Google5We had a broken garage door on Friday night and requested bids from Yelp. AD Garage Doors and Locks responded almost immediately and had the problem fixed by 1:00 p.m. the following day. He was professional, courteous and honest, offering a clear explanation of what was wrong, an accurate estimate and quick work. He even went so far as to teach me some basic garage door maintenance. I highly recommend these guys.

Google5I always feel so bad calling people for work on holidays because it's time away from their families too, but Ami was so good about it! I just really didn't want to leave my garage open all night with what happened earlier that day and all the people out with fireworks, etc. He was efficient and easy to work with, and assured me he was happy to help if it meant prioritizing safety. He knew why it was stuck, got it fixed and at such a reasonable price for being so last minute and on a holiday. I would definitely recommend and use their services again!

Google5I had an extremely positive experience with Ami, which stood in stark contrast to another garage door service who showed up unexpectedly a few minutes before him. Our garage door wouldn't close, the guide rail had bent badly, and a roller had come out of the guide rail. The other company said that it would cost $300 for them to only close the garage door, that it could not be repaired, and that I would have to buy a new door. Ami said that he could completely repair the existing door and that I should wait on buying a new garage door because he would get mine working properly. He fixed everything for the same cost I was quoted by others just to get the door closed. He was thorough, had all the parts he needed (including a new guide rail), and never tried to sell me a new door that I didn't need. He's now my guy. I would (and will) use him again. Honest, professional, and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Google5We were in the process of moving and needed our locks changed. While Ami was there I had to run back to my old apartment. He waited for me, and when I got back he still took the time to discuss the job in detail, with some very helpful recommendations. He was very friendly, professional, and genuinely nice. We chose him based on his excellent reviews, and I have to say he exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Google5Excellent experience. We called Ami on a weekday evening after 8:30 PM when I was sure no one would come to look at our garage which had suddenly collapsed off its hinges and could not be shut properly. Ami was at our home within 25 minutes and methodically worked until we could shut the door for the night. He then came back the next day and replaced the garage door (in the middle of a snowstorm, no less!) and took the time to ensure we understood how to take care of the door. He picked up his phone whenever I called and cleaned up thoroughly. Ami takes pride in his work and did not request that I write this review, I offered!
