Save yourself the time and money. I had Mike come out and he clearly didn't know what he was doing. I just needed him to replace the rollers on my door and that seemed too difficult for him. Instead, he said I would need an entire door replacement that would cost thousands! Even if I did fall for that scam, I wouldn't trust him to do it due to his inexperience. For someone that claims to have been in the garage door business for decades, he really seemed confused and uneducated. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Accommodating - The gentleman on the phone was courteous, kind, and even offered to repair it the same evening! Efficient - when the repair man came out, he had everything he needed to get the job done in 30 minutes, accurately and properly. While no one enjoys experiencing this unexpected and stressful situation, and the cost - while fair - is not inexpensive, you could not find a better company to repair your garage door, I'm convinced.
