Google5I couldn't be more impressed with the quick responses both on the phone and showing up to get the work done. Matt was as good of a service technician as one can be. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone. Great customer service!

Google5Matthew at Garage Door Doctor repaired a broken cable, and fixed a door that came off the track (after a minor vehicle accident/bump in the garage). I was impressed with the courteous and prompt communication out of the call center in Indy, and in the text and call alert when he was on his way. Same day service was greatly appreciated, too, as we were worried about the cold weather getting in. Matthew also explained things to look out for for ongoing maintenance. I would highly recommend their company.

Google5We called the Garage Door Doctor and they had a technician here within an hour. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had it fixed within an hour of arriving. We could not be more pleased with their service and the fee was definitely reasonable. We would certainly call them again for future issues and highly recommend their business.

Google5He showed up on time. Did a great job for a very reasonable price. Showed me how to open garage door in power outage. Did what he said was a garage door tune up and he was also a super nice guy. I would highly recommend this company and my garage door is now working perfectly! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Google5I called the Garage Door Doctor earlier this morning and they had a technician out right away. Jordan did a great job communicating with me, letting me know he was on his way and providing his estimated arrival time. Once at my house, he did a thorough inspection on the condition of my garage door and was able to tell me right away what all needed repaired. Not even an hour later, Jordan had my garage door fully functional again. I highly recommend the Garage Door Doctor, they're great at what they do!

Google5Garage door doctor came out to repair our garage door (broken spring) the same day and it was finished in under 2 hours. The technician was friendly and answered my questions. We've been using the door regularly with no problems for 2 weeks now. Thank you!
