We ordered an expensive side shaft Liftmaster garage door opener from this company. They were scheduled to install it on Wednesday, January 25. No one ever showed up. No one called. When we called them at the end of the day, they said that their work truck had been in an accident, so they couldn't come. (Yet they didn't bother to call us to let us know that they weren't coming.) The installation was then rescheduled to Thursday, February 2. Again, no one ever showed up and no one ever called. We left a voicemail early in the afternoon to check on our installation. No one returned our call. We finally left a voicemail cancelling the opener and installation since we had been stood up without communication twice. NOT the way to run a business.

Poor service, does not call back when you call. Neighbors have been waiting over a year for a part. My door has leaked from day one, and I have called numerous times to get service and they never come back. It's very frustrating especially in winter when it turns to ice. I called another company hopefully, they can help.

Called them with an emergency garage door repair and they came out promptly to evaluate the problem. The gentleman was professional and even had to return to his Bloomington office to get the necessary part, and some additional help, but returned just as quickly to finish the repair. Highly recommend!! Excellent service! Will definitely call this company again for any future garage door issues.

Our garage door used to open and close randomly. I hired Tom and he reprogrammed the door but the random behavior continued. He then took the initiative of contacting LiftMaster and replaced the circuit board. The problem continued. He then talked again with LiftMaster and implemented their suggestion. The problem hasn't recurred in the last few days. Although I had to initially follow up with Tom, he seems to have done more than what I paid him for. I particularly appreciate that he took ownership of the problem and went out of his way to solve it. I also admire that he was honest in telling me that he has little idea of what could be going wrong with my garage door. Thank you, Tom!

I first called Garage Doors plus when one of the springs on my garage door broke. They were very punctual and polite, but did not have the right spring to replace my broken one. They did a temporary fix and told me they would call when the new spring came in. A few weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. Then the spring on the other side broke, so I gave them a call back, and they were out within the week with two new springs and they replaced one of my pulleys as well. Aside from the initial non-call back, which wasn't really that big of a deal, the work was great and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them for service again! Services Rendered: I needed broken springs replaced on my garage door.

Nice men, got it done quickly. Only wish I'd called a month ago! Services Rendered: Garage door wouldn't open. They came right away (about a half hour after I called) and discovered that the keypad and the remotes needed to be reprogrammed. It took all of 20 minutes. They know what they're doing.

I brought in Garage Doors plus, who showed up promptly, lubricated everything they could do quickly, but the door still squeaked, albeit somewhat less. They indicated it was the best they could do, and charged me $125 for the service call. A couple of weeks later, I contacted Overhead Door, who came out and really fixed the problem. Services Rendered: My garage door squeaked when it closed, a noise that became progressively worse.

Vendor was available within an hour or so of an 8 am phone call to do this repair. Replaced both torsion springs as one was broken and the other was the same age.
