Great working with Alex and the team. The keypad didn't work after a day or so, and he promptly came out and not only fixed it, but explained some things that can interfere with signals and did some preventive maintenance to help going forward. Great prices and better customer service.

Bought a new front door in 2020. Began to notice peeling in 2023. Called and Childers replaced no problem. The door was costly and has a 10 year warranty. We have zero protection for our front door (no overhang or porch). Thankful Childers and product warranty held true when needed. Childers is professional, courteous and reliable. Highly recommend.

My garage door wouldn't open and Childers came to my house within a few hours to open the door so I could get my vehicle out. Then they put me on their repair schedule. Great service.

The initial installation was not properly completed by the two original technicians, as the second door opener would not work. But the follow-up tech, who was very knowledgeable, resolved the matter and also set up our Home Link Service in our vehicles. Thank you for this great follow-up service after the sale and initial installation.

We had Childers replace an old overhead door at our frame shop building. The pricing was better than all the other bids for the same door and they did an excellent job of removal of the old door and the installation of the new door. On the follow up the next day, the technician even went over some work from the installation crew and improved on what they did. He then repaired our old LiftMaster unit and everything is perfect now. Highly recommend this company for any of your overhead door needs. Thank you so much. ATS Acoustics

We recently purchased a new front door from Childers and we couldn't be more pleased. Jarrod answered all our questions before we placed our order. Once the door arrived, we were quickly placed on the schedule to have it installed. The installers were great! We love our new door and have had many compliments from our neighbors.

I used Childers a few years back for a large machine shed door. Kevin came out and adjusted the door a couple yrs after the fact and did not ask for any $ to do so. Fast forward to now, I used them again for 2 new garage doors and Chad did a great job. A good company for sure !
