I called several places when the garage door spring broke. No one returned my calls. Door doctor responded promptly. Same day service. I called at 10:00am and the lady made the appointment for 12:00noon. And the repair Technician Tim, was here promptly before noon. Very friendly and thorough and reasonable priced to replace the 2 springs on my 2 car door garage opener mechanism. I will only use Door Doctor if we have garage door problems again. George replaced my broken garage door springs. He didn't have the particular spring my door required, so he made them at the shop and he was still done in about an hour. I feel like I got very good service. Reasonable price.

The Door Doctor had an opening the same day we called and were able to quickly diagnose our problem. Our technician was able to utilize most of our existing parts for the repair which kept our cost down. He was quick and efficient and even helped us with a couple of other garage door related issues that we weren't even scheduled for. I highly recommend them and will use them again. They really did a wonderful job. On Christmas Eve, my door won't close. Nate came through this blizzard and sub zero temperature so we can have a safe home. Then he promptly helped us to install a new unit. He offered to teach us how to program into car buttons. We are just so grateful for the hard work that gave us convenience.

Garage door w ouldn't fully open all the time. Had to give it a push to get it up. Checked online and found it may be a broken spring. Looked above door when closed a saw the left spring was broken. Checked Angies list and Door Doctor was highly ranked. Called at 8 am and tech was there at 9:15. Springs replaced and finished in an hour. Wow!!!! Door works great. On Monday morning my call was promptly returned, and an appointment was set up for that morning.
I called at 8:30am and they had a serviceman out at 12 noon. He was on time, and had everything installed within an hour. From the lady I talked to the service person they were polite and punctual. Services Rendered: I needed a new garage door opener (after 26 yrs it gave out)

They are good at what they do. Services Rendered: The garage string snapped. Needed to replace them. I replaced the spring about 2 years back. I think that would have been the right time to inspect the string and may be replace it at the same time as it only costs under $10. But now that it is a different service visit, I had to pay the full service call again.
All repairs were done and the pulley on both sides were replaced so I wouldn't need to worry that the other side would fall down too. I was presented with choices that would fit my budget and all the problems were clearly explained. When the repairs were complete my door moved up and down freely and safely. The team was prompt, polite, and professional. If I had need for further garage door repair, I would gladly call them again.
