I wish I could give 10 stars. Of Course my garage door spring breaks two days before leaving on a trip for a holiday weekend and I was in a big jam, they came out, fixed the problem and got me squared away. Couldn't be happier with their service price and communication. I will only use Garage Door 911 for all my future needs

We needed someone to come fix our garage door and so I read the reviews about this company! We will hands down use them again if needed. We called first thing Monday morning and they were able to come out that same day to help us fix the broken spring for our garage door. They were very personable and helpful while here!

I backed into our garage door. Tyler came out and got it working while our parts were on order. He repaired it two days later, efficiently and professionally. He even straightened the brackets and realigned the garage door opener. Kind, polite, and patient with both me and our exuberant puppy. Highly recommend!!!

10/10 recommend Garage Door 911! Haley helped me get an appointment scheduled for the next day and called me ahead to let me know that Chris was on the way, which I appreciated so I could lock up my dog and cats before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it promptly, and even fixed another part of the door that we didn't realize was broken. Pricing was absolutely reasonable for the work done and we're so happy to have a working garage again. I won't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing work done.

This company is the best. Our garage door broke. 2 rollers off the rail and it was twisted a little. Tyler (who was amazing) was on call and within a hour and a half he had it up and running. We had a spring replaced by them a few years back. Tyler said that the spring was the problem and it was under warranty. We didn't even know we had a warranty. So we were only charged for the cost to replace a hinge. These guys are honest and dependable. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time that I chose Garage Door 911 and I would chose them over and over. The spring broke yesterday. A simple call had an appointment the very next day. I really appreciate the phone call ahead. When Chris arrived, he got straight to work and was professional, quick and efficient. He even took time to lube my other door when he was finished. I found out this is a family run business and will keep supporting them. Thanks Garage Door 911, you guys are great.

I can not say enough good things about this company! We have a garage door opening system that is no longer makes motors /parts and these folks keep it alive. They are responsive, do the work quickly and charge a reasonable rate for their services. Tyler was wonderful to work with and very helpful. He was able to get a universal exterior mounted opener to work with the garage door and programmed our new car to work with the opener.

Was quoted a time of 10am to Noon. Got a call at about 9am that the guy was finishing a job and could make it earlier if that was OK. Told them no problem and Tyler arrived around 20 minutes or so after that. Let him in and told him the issue, he instantly knew what the problem was and gave a quick estimate of the cost. He seemed like a good worker and got the job done quickly. Price seemed reasonable and he was very observant as noticed my USAA card and gave a 10% discount due to my being military. His knowledge level, work effort, and a simple observation will have me calling them again the next time I have an issue with my garage.

Thanks Chris and all who work at Garage Door 911 for a job well done. The office staff was delightful to talk to and very knowledgeable when I first talked to them about the problem we were having with our garage door. Called late Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday. They gave us a range of time that Chris would be here and called us to let us know when he was done with the job before ours and then was right over. Chris was able to fix the door in a very short time and never tried to up sale us on anything. (Very much appreciated.) The price was beyond reasonable. We highly recommend GARAGE DOOR 911 for any of your garage door needs. Wonderful people‼‼‼

Garage Door 911 was the repair service dispatched by our Home Warranty Company to replace a broken door spring. Tyler of GD911 assessed the door and it's associated hardware as he was preparing to replace the broken spring. There are springs on each door and he recommended that we replace the old spring and cables. I agreed and that was done. He also adjusted the door so it was square and the track rails were properly aligned for effecient door opening. Tyler was in and out in just very an hour and he left a happy customer. Great job GARAGE DOOR 911!
