Kevin and Rob responded quickly to my request for garage door service. Rob was able to come out immediately and did a thorough job of servicing my garage door openers. He was able to save me money as I thought I needed new springs, but they were not needed. My garage door openers work smoothly and safely now. Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done, pricing was very fair. I will be using them again!
My garage overhead door opener wore out and Garage Door Store came in and had a new opener installed fast. Best service and Collin the service engineer was great with tips to maintain and use the overhead door. I recommend! The new door is so quiet

I called at 8:30 in the morning because the spring on the garage door had broken. Scott came about 2 hours later to look at it. He knew exactly what was needed, returned with the part at 1:00 and was completely done by 1:45. Excellent service, polite and knowledgeable. We're extremely happy with the service we received!

My garage door broke and I needed a replacement. Kevin found a great door that was affordable and didn't try to upsell me to something fancier I didn't need. Install went smoothly and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Door has been working great and so much better than what I had before.

Our garage door had so many things wrong with it, we were sure the professional that came out would tell us we need a whole new system. Instead the professional banged away straightening the rails, replaced the sensors, and re-programmed the entire unit. When he told us the price we were flabbergasted. That's it?! Awesome service!!!!

well, I hit the garage door with my car. luckily there was no damage to my car, but I did bend the door a bit and some screws fell off. we were able to get it closed and we called garage door store boise to come help! they came out the next day, right when they said they would show up. corbin was up front about the options and the costs of both. I waited to see if he was able to repair it, or if we would need a whole new door right then. luckily, it was in good enough shape to fix, and with parts and labor it was $102. he did quote me $1200 for a brand new door with new tracks and everything. I look forward to having them back out when we do finally go to replace our old garage door! I was happy with their services, the cost, and the timeliness of everything.
I am a realtor and own a property management company and without hesitation Kevin and his team at the Garage door store are the only garage door company I will call! They respond quickly and show up in professionally wrapped trucks and they know their stuff. The most important thing to me though is they don't try and upsell on the actual work that needs completed. They show up and fix what is wrong for a fair price!
