Google5Great professional service. The gentleman that did the service was technically excellent, courteous and not at all pushy. Our garage openers are operating like they are brand new again. I am certainly going to have Haney back annually to keep our system operating well.

Google5Michael from Haney Door came out within an hour of our call and repaired our garage door opener. It operates great now!! So appreciate the way he explained everything and we felt the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend them!

Google5Had a broken door spring on my garage door, called Haney garage door and they were courteous on the phone and gave me a quote, they came out and replaced the spring and also found a broken bracket and replaced that also for less than the quote. The young man that made the repairs was very courteous and polite, I will definitely be using them in the future for any repairs I need and will recommend them to anyone who needs service. Thank you so much for your prompt and excellent service.

Google5Our garage door was just about to break as The panels were cracked. I called Haney Door Service and they responded almost immediately. Their tech Tyler was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us options for repair and replacement. I appreciated the fact that he did not press for the higher priced option. We did choose replacement rather than repair. Haney Door had it ordered and replaced within a couple of days. The pricing was very fair and I highly recommend this business. Addendum: for some reason the opener was not working properly right before Thanksgiving. The opener had been installed by another company years prior. I knew it was probably something simple. Tyler from Haney came over early Black Friday and had it fixed in no Repaired loose wiring and instructed me on how the electronic sensors worked and what to watch for. Again highly recommend this company

Yelp5One day last week our 2-year-old builder-installed 2-car garage door stopped working. Turns out, the lift cable on one side came off the spool and the whole thing was lopsided and wouldn't close all the way. A huge rain/snowstorm was impending. I called the company that installed it through the builder on Thursday (their sticker was on the door) and they weren't able to get anyone out until at least the following Wednesday unless we wanted to pay a $180 front-of-the-line fee. Um, no thanks. So I got on Yelp and looked for other highly rated options. Haney to the rescue. The very friendly gal on the phone apologized that I would have to wait until the afternoon because their tech was doing an install 45 minutes away. Gosh, no problem; at least it wasn't next week! Anyway, the tech called when he was on his way, arrived on schedule, and fixed the door. Easy button engaged! Haney is my garage door place now.

Yelp5After getting a coupon in the mail, I decided to schedule a tune-up service with Haney. Today, the technician called to say that he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come about 1/2 hour early. That was fine with me! It's not often that any home service visit is earlier than the scheduled time. The technician did a full tune-up, including adjusting the rails which had been installed too tightly (new home constructed 2 years ago with garage door installed by a different overhead door company). I had long thought the door was too noisy; however, I couldn't see any obvious problems with it. The expert technician easily saw and fixed the issue. He was also personable and efficient. My garage door now sounds great as it smoothly travels up and down. I'm so glad that I made the call to Haney!

Yelp5Great job, professional, and thorough! Ryan noticed that our garage door electronic unit on the ceiling was loose and tightened the bolts. He went the extra mile to explain the sensors and how to program the remotes. They were easy to schedule with and responsive. Really appreciate this great company.

Yelp5On Friday, February 19 2021 I drove in reverse into my garage door as it was rising:( Oh my goodness, after the crunch and realization that I had just destroyed the old wooden door of my rental home, I got busy! First step, call landlord and admit with much embarrassment, what I had done. Of course, my car is trapped inside so that added to the stress level. My very kind landlord recommended (2) reputable companies, but my calls went to voicemail. As I am not a woman who waits for a callback, I went to the Internet and was TRULY BLESSED to learn of Haney Door Service. DJ answered and within (2) hours Tyler was here smashing my door back into the track so I could get my car out. Tyler then gave me an extremely fair estimate to replace the door which is was necessary as it's the original wooden door from 1970. Please note again, I rent this home and it was me, and me alone, who broke the door:( I called DJ and asked if he could expedite the repair and if there was a possibility of a cash discount? Yes and yes to both:) Today Tyler came and swiftly completed the install. I have already recommended Haney Door Service and would with great thanks, do so again!!

Angi5I called Haney door service in the morning, I was told they will be able to make it after 5pm (I needed to do errands), they called to check if I was at home prior to 5PM. Checked my garage, fix what needed to be fixed, and done! Very professional. Highly recommended! Services Rendered: garage door spring

Angi5Prompt, professional, knowledgeable. DJ ended up replacing the keypad with a reasonably priced one, then serviced both garage doors, reattached a bracket that had come loose, fixed a lightbulb, and programmed my car to the open. Not only did he fix the problem but then made sure the entire system was working properly. I would definitely recommend Haney Door Service. Services Rendered: garage door keypad stopped working

Yelp5The spring on my garage door broke and Haney Door Service was able to check it out very quickly. Seeing they had been serving the Treasure Valley since 1986 gave me the confidence of a job well done. The price quoted for repair and tune up were less than I expected and their friendly and knowledgeable technician answered all my questions and made sure I was totally satisfied before he left. I will call on Haney Door Service again for all my garage door and opener needs.

Angi5Excellent - wanted to save as much as money as possible on the replacement so offered me several options to choose from. They responded fast and efficiently, saving me time and money. Even though I chose a used replacement, it was better than the original one before it broke. They were great to deal with! Will use them again if such service is needed as well as recommend them to friends & family. Services Rendered: Replaced my broken electric garage door opener with a used one.
