I had called Paul on 3/17/2021 regarding our garage door issue. He was able to have Scott out the same day between 3-5 pm. When Scott arrived, he had the parts to fix the garage door and was done just about a half hour. Amazing! Thank you Paul and Scott for great customer service and professionalism. Reached out the Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service and they did same day service. I appreciate it the fact that it was a local company I can support. It was a pleasure speaking with Paul and he was able to take care of my garage door needs. Corbin was the installer that came out and was able to to explain my option. Today was my 2nd service from them. About 1 1/2 years ago I had my garage door opener replaced. Excellent work and ZERO issues. My 2nd garage door opener was finally toast. Called Hanson on Saturday evening and they came out this Monday morning. Another top-notch professional job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They came to my rescue today. The spring on our garage broke and our new washer & dryer were scheduled to be delivered the next day. I had to get my garage door fixed for our delivery. Paul was very helpful and diagnosed the issue over the phone and shifted things around to get us in same day. I would recommend them to all of my family and neighbors. Thank you so much

A spring on my garage door broke about two weeks ago. I called several companies and Hanson Overhead was by far the friendliest. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable and they didn't even charge extra for emergency service on a Saturday. I called them again last night because my garage door wouldn't stay closed. They came out first thing this morning. Turns out it was a simple adjustment that was fixed in seconds. I wasn't even charged. You guys are the best!

The spring on our garage door broke suddenly at the house. I called and spoke to Paul, and he worked me in right away. The workers that came out were friendly and efficient (done in about 20 minutes). They also answers my questions and explained what they were doing. All this, and the price was reasonable. Ticks all the boxes for me.

Old garage door still barely hanging on. Springs were shot and one broke. They went above and beyond in the quality of repair and service to an old door. Works great now. I WILL be using this company for now on. Paul was great on the phone very informative and helpful. The professional installers that came out were Professional, Courteous, Funny, On Time all around great experience with this company. Talked to Paul on the phone and he quickly arranged to schedule someone to replace my broken spring the next day. My installer, Rob, arrived on schedule and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Hanson Overhead Garage Door Service and will use them again if needed.

Call them first! You won't be disappointed. Our garage door was sticking and wouldn't go down and we didn't know why. We called and Paul set us up the next day. Kevin called that night to let me know when he would be by. It was snowing so he called that day to say he was running late. He came to our house after having already been on 17 calls that day! He was so fast and helpful. Turns out, all we needed was a chain greased because it was so cold. He didn't charge us for his time. This is the kind of service with integrity that I appreciate. Thank you, Hanson!!!

These folks are fabulous! Paul answered the phone on the second ring. I expected to have to wait several days for an appointment. I not only got an appointment for the same day, but they came early and finished in half the time. The technician, Kevin, was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. His work was done right the first time, and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Hanson Overhead is very definitely my go-to folks any time I need garage door maintenance. Thanks guys. Broke a spring Sunday evening. Called them Monday morning and it was fixed Monday afternoon. Fast, friendly, professional service and a very fair price. Also included a 10 year warranty on the new springs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ok, I'm a realtor, see all kinds of vendors, clients needs at the last minute etc! A client (cutest mature lady) backed into her garage door the day it was listed..she was quite upset about the accident (& was unable to close her garage door) so I referred her to who I usually use. It was a Friday they were unable to get to her the same day so started looking for someone else. Called Hanson's, they were friendly and was able to be at her home in a few hours. The arrived, we're very friendly AND treated her very nicely AND fixed her door for WAY less than expected..what is better than that!?

Hanson was able to respond quickly - this is the 3rd time I've used them on 2 different houses. One repair was necessary and immediate. Another was an inspection and maintenance on a "new-to-me" house - the service tech told me that the door will last a little longer with the minor repair and quoted a fair price for a future door, ensuring my loyalty! It was a pleasure doing business with Hansen. Ofice scheduling and dispatch personnel were helpfull and accommodating. The technician was highly professional. We highly recommend calling Hansen for any garage door project. Services Rendered: We initially had Hanson repair a large 10' x 12' garage door on an apartment and then evaluate a problematic door on our main residence garage. Both doors were original equipment on a house built in the '70s. Hanson was able to schedule their work in a timely fashion. Their technician was prompt and courteous. He answered all our questions, gave us information and options sufficient for us to make an informed decision. After deciding to replace our residence door, Hansen ordered the new one we had selected, scheduled the installation once it had arrived and had it up and operational in short order. The technician was quite skilled, organized and worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up the worksite once finished and disposed of all left over materials to include the old door.

The responsiveness to the help needed on a Sunday was fabulous. Paul came out and got the door open so I could get my car out. Then he gave me an estimate of replacing the door. He was able to schedule it and get it replaced in a couple days. The team arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early!) and had the door removed and replaced in no time at all. I was extremely happy with the quality of the door and efficiency of the company. Would definitley recommend them and use them again if needed. Thanks so much Paul (and your guys) for a great job! Services Rendered: My garage door was damaged and could not get car out. Had to call on Sunday for emergency help. After the inital call, it was determined the door would have to be removed and replaced.
