Google5I highly recommend Legacy Garage Door Company. I had them come out to replace the seal on the bottom of my door. They also did a tune up on my door, replaced some broken clasps and rollers. I am very happy with the work they did and the quality of service. They are honest, professional, knowledgeable, reliable, quick, friendly and did great quality work.

Google5They were friendly and professional. They explained to us the problems and the solutions. They got back to us almost immediately and their prices were very reasonable. They gave us bids for future work that last a year from the time they gave them. We would definitely have them do more work for us in the future. It was a very positive experience.

Google5Spencer was super quick to schedule an appointment and was able to fix all of the issues the same day. The previous company did a very sloppy job and he masterfully managed to tackle all the items on our list and was kind enough to do a few extra things for us that made a huge difference. I recommend him and his services in a heartbeat.

Google5The team came out next day and gave us the best price compared to competitors. Did a thorough inspection and explained why we needing things fixed, instead of just giving us a paper quote. They also gave us different equipment to choose from. The entire team was knowledgeable, punctual and kind. Great communication throughout the entire process. We're super thrilled this Legacy and will use them again. Side note, they came to service us both times during terrible weather, when other companies cancelled last minute. 10/10 would recommend!

Google5Spencer Harris of Legacy Garage Doors, showed up after his other scheduled jobs, the same day we called him. Our shop door was stuck in up position & it was snowing, windy & cold and supposed to stay that way. An open shop door would not be a good thing. He came out & fixed door so it would open & close until he could return next day to do required maintenance.. He promised to come the next day and did just that! Great service & respectable man & the son that helped him today. We will definitely use Spencer @ Legacy in the future as well as recommend him to anyone needing great, honest service!! Well done Spencer Harris & Thank you!

Google5We were very pleased with the quality of service. Spencer went above and beyond to get our door fixed and operating like it was new again. Legacy is now our go-to company. Other companies didn't have time for our repair but he did. We know you will not be disappointed in their service.

Google5Spencer was able to come assess the broken door quickly, present options, and then replace our door after just a few days. He and his crew (sons) are friendly, courteous, efficient and would recommend! They totally saved the day! Plus they had the window inserts to exactly match the new windows on our house!

Google5Everything was fixed, they showed up quickly. The springs I had installed prior were the wrong ones. Door opened so easily after they repaired everything. Tuned up everything that wasn't broken also. Tech helped me move a few things. He went above and beyond. Stayed to quoted price also. Prompt and great service.

Yelp5We live in the greater Boise ID metro area. Our Garage door had been making a loud banging sound every time we opened or closed it. I contacted Spencer at Legacy Garage doors and he took a look and noticed that the wheels were worn out and also were not the right ones for our garage door due to the heavy weight our door. He got us a quote quickly and the price was reasonable, so we went with him. He had to order special wheels and kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and then scheduled the work the day after they arrived. He showed up right on time and did a great job. the doors run smooth as butter now. I would recommend Spencer for anyone needing work on their garage doors.

Yelp5Our garage door spring broke and wouldn't allow the garage door to shut. Legacy was the first company I called and Spencer showed up within a few hours. He explained the issue and gave me the quote. He was able to close the garage that day and then returned the following day to fix it. From the time the door broke to the time it was fixed was less than 24 hours. In addition he serviced our 3rd bay garage door for free. Very impressed with the service we received!

Yelp1I called the store today in hopes of replacing a plastic hinge on my rollup garage door. When I asked The young lady on the phone if they sold the hinge as part of retail she said no, and asked me if I would like their technicians to come out and fix it for me. When I said no and kind of chuckled, she abruptly hung up on me. This is a store that only wants to get your money if you're willing to pay 100 bucks or more for a service call to replace a $10 hinge.

Angi5Our garage door has been acting up and today it refused to close without holding the button down. The sensor was obviously acting up. Spenser came an hour after we talked on the phone. He quickly worked with the sensor getting it to work again. He explained that at our opener was past its average lifespan, but that it might work another ten years. He told us we could replace it now or keep playing with the sensor and hope that it will last. He never pushed us to replace the unit but clearly laid out the options. We decided to keep the opener for now and continue to work with it. Before leaving Spenser cleaned, oiled, and adjusted the unit so it is now working at top efficiency. It is much quieter than before. We will definitely be calling Legacy when it becomes time to replace the opener. We could not have asked for better service. Services Rendered: tune and lube and evaluate the state of the motor and sensors

Angi5Excellent information at time of consultation on our garage door needs and the options that were available so we could make a sound decision. The parts were all in stock and the garage door and motor was installed within a week. They cleaned up after installing the door and I couldn't tell they were there other than I saw a new door and couldn't hear the motor. Spencer quickly diagnosed the problem I was having, offered a couple of options to resolve the problem and implemented the solution on the spot. He also performed regular preventive maintenance and educated me on my garage door and what I can expect as time goes by at the equipment ages. Yelp5I needed the opener replaced on my garage door. I was contacted by Legacy Garage Doors a minute after I had been on Home Advisor. Spencer, of Legacy Garage Doors, came out a couple of hours later (on a Saturday - at no extra charge). Just before he arrived, I had moved my car out of the garage, and when closing the garage door, I heard a very strange sound. The spring had broken. Spencer replaced the opener, put in new springs, and gave the garage door a general tune up. All while being a joy to work with. I highly recommend Legacy Garage Doors to anyone.
