Great service! We had a spring break on one of our garage doors. We worked with McKinley on the phone and Patrick came out for the service. Extremely satisfied with the repair and price. They will replace the spring. BEWARE of the other service companies who take a look at your door and try to bull you into a whole new door! Our doors are 25 years old, and work fine. First broken spring - repaired in under an hour.CALL OVERHEAD DOOR FIRST!!!

The spring on my garage door busted. Overhead Door Company was the first to get back with me after posting photos. BRYAN was quick to ensure this was not an emergency and said his team would contact me first thing on Monday. VANESSA contacted me right after they opened and got me scheduled for a technician to visit between 1200-1600 hours. KEVIN called and said he could come by earlier and that was great news. It took him all of 30 minutes to diagnose and repair. KEVIN was very courteous and respectful of the property. I am very impressed w the Overhead Door Company team!! They will have any future business of mine!

Called Overhead Door for first-time maintenance of my 14 year-old door which was installed by another company. Very thorough job! Checked and lubed every hinge and bolt. Tested safety features and inspected the drive gears and belt. The tech found a structural deficiency and repaired by adding some structural steel supports which should have been installed originally. All this for the very fair quoted price! Thanks Overhead! Honest pricing, fast service, pro technician. I called precision garage for a quote on a broken spring for our garage door. They quoted me $1,400 and told me that multiple parts of my garage door were failing and recommended I replace every component of the garage except the door itself... and wanted to schedule the service for later in the week:/ I called Overhead Garage for a second opinion, and didn't tell them about my quote from Precision. They came over the same day, and got the job done for $310. Their technician Pat was great to deal with, and had the job done within an hour of arriving. Honest, ethical pricing ,and great service. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, Overhead Garage is the place!

My garage door spring and cables snapped, leaving the car trapped in the garage. Overhead came to my rescue and had the springs and cables replaced in under an hour. The man should have had a cape! I called several garage door service companies and expected Overhead to be the most expensive - surprise! They were the least expensive, and the final price was the same as the original estimate. The technician called about 30 minutes before he showed up and was within the stated timeframe. I will recommend Overhead to all my friends. A+, people.

Overhead doors of Boise is definitely the door guys to call. Dont make the mistake I made. My overhead door spring snapped, as the door is 14 years old I am not surprised by it breaking. I first made the mistake of calling a different company as they popped up on Google with great reviews and had an after hours number. When the tech got there the next morning they gave me 3 different quotes ranging from $1000 - $1500. I was completely taken back by the amount, it was around three times what I expected. I called overhead doors to get a second opinion of the other guys quote, they told me they thought they could do everything in the $1500 package for around $500. That sounded like where I was expecting the price to be. Overhead door had a technician out within 30 minutes of me calling (this was do to partial luck). Kevin the technician who showed up was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He looked at the whole door and replaced the broken spring lubed other parts, looked like he aligned the tracks better (never said anything but I can tell it is), and gave recommendations on how to align the other garage door to make it work better (this bay of my garage is to full to get to other wise I would have had him align that track as well). I have owned the property for 9 years and the door has never operated as good as it does now. And I was completely amazed they did not try to sell me on replacing anything additional, as I even told them on the phone I was ok with replacing whatever they believed need replaced. Kevin was pretty convinced that everything else was in good working condition. My total bill was $200 which I was completely shocked by after expecting it to be closer to $500. From my experience Overhead door of boise is honest and will treat you right.

My garage door was stuck open and couldn't be manually closed either. I called the customer service after hours number, spoke with a member of the team who tried to help me troubleshoot. We ended up needed a technician to come out. At 8pm, Travis arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. So grateful for his time (especially in the evening) and service. Would highly recommend Overhead for any service issues.

We have been customers of Overhead Door of Boise going on 28 years. In this time their team has been very responsive to thankfully the rare need for repair or adjustment. This week we needed a couple Door panels replaced and our factory rep Gary gave us a competitive quote and was able to get the repair done last minute before the weekend. Gary sent out technician James who did a fabulous job fixing our door and making sure everything was adjusted and operational. He even programmed an extra controller I had laying around. Not surprised to see why they have a five star review status. I called them out because we had trouble with our 11 year old garage door openers. I thought replacement was going to be the answer and thought it was going to be a very expensive. They came over and fixed everything for $200.00! I was thrilled! This companies values transcend through everything they do. This is one honest and highly competent company! Highly recommend as all of the five star reviews are true.
