Google5It was my lucky day when Drew answered the call to come help my mother and me in the pouring rain when we thought the keys were locked in our car. He stopped everything he was doing and came to our rescue within minutes after AAA left us stranded. Not to mention his efficiency in opening the vehicle. If you need a locksmith. This is your guy. Google5Colleague and myself were locked out of our vehicle at an event, guy cam from the next county over, locked me out in seconds and cut me an extra key for safe measure. Drew at All Service locksmith is the man to call if you're in trouble

Google5Drew went above and beyond and actually talked us through how to get into our door as he would've had trouble getting to us once the sun went down and no one else was available to help out. Just shows what a genuine, caring gentleman he is and I would 100% call him if we ever got ourselves in another pickle. Call Drew first please if you're in need!

Google5The nicest man I've ever met, talked with us and explained everything he was doing. Also didn't take too long either, in and out 45 minutes. Saving the company on speed dial for the next time!

Google5Drew came out to the middle of nowhere at midnight because I had lost my car key got it done in less than an hour and did it for a fraction of the price the dealer wanted, don't take your business anywhere else if you need a key or are locked out call Drew.

Google5Drew is excellent! My daughter lost her key fob. He made a new one and also repaired her passenger door which had not been working! A few weeks later, my daughter came home. After stopping at a store in Winston - Salem, she got in the car and it would not start. We called Drew and explained that the car said "Key not found." He suggested it might be the car's main battery. We disagreed! I got a new battery for the FOB which tested fine. When I explained that I would just hire another locksmith, Drew offered to drive here from Boone to handle it. He did! After examining the car, he showed me it was a dead car battery. His key was fine. I felt so badly that he had driven so far just to jump a battery, but Drew explained that he didn't want me taken advantage of by any other locksmith. He truly cares and stands behind his work. Great job Drew! I wish you all the best, Kari Maddox, Clare's mom

Google5Prompt, considerate, and genuinely caring, he's the face you WANT to see when you're in a bind. Not only did he swiftly resolve my car lock issue, but he did it with a sense of humor that had me in stitches. He patiently explained everything about my car's lock system (and other inquiries I had about the car) in the friendliest way possible- a college girl who knows nothing about cars. His exceptional personality and personable nature made the experience enjoyable. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to go above and beyond. He even looked into and ultimately fixed my friend's non-locking car for free, showing incredible kindness. Five stars aren't enough to express my gratitude for his outstanding service!
