I made an appointment for an inspection that needed to be done on a certain day. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm. When I showed up from my appointment, the inspector was not present. No one called me in advance to let me know. They were unable to Provide the service, and no offer was made to compensate me for my time. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and I do not recommend.
Went for tire rotation and front end alignment and they never checked the air in my tires so I drove 1500 miles on 24 lbs of air in one tire damaging it thanks very much for the none service... When I worked at a tire shop it was standard to check the air in the tires of anything we where working on.. Not these guys...
They were great! Couldn't ask for better service. They help me with my daughter's flat tire and only did what we needed done. I feel like they saved us plenty of money and got the job done at the same time. Heather was great and thanks to all the guys in the back! Highly recommend!
I got a flat tire while traveling in North Carolina. Mr. Tire in Boone was able to get me in and replace the tire that afternoon. They really helped me out in a tough spot. The staff was very friendly and responsive.
I was happy with the service I got at Mr. Tire--even though I brought a couple of used tires in, to be mounted & installed. The manager was courteous and knowledeable, and there's a sense of teamwork in the garage there. And the cost was less than in an adjoining county!
Sam Eisen was amazingly helpful at contacting our rental car agency and being extremely patient and knowledgeable to get our new tire covered by the rental company. Saved us $, time and got us back on the road. No better service possible- thanks Sam and Mr. Tire.
While out of town in Boone, on Saturday evening, noticed a noise coming from the front of the vehicle that seemed to be related to the brakes. Looked online for places that service brakes and that are open on Sunday, and found the Mr. Tire on Blowing Rock Highway in Boone. Made a 9:30 appointment, but was at the store when they opened at 9. Explained the problem to Sam; he got it in to be checked while we got breakfast next door. When we checked back, he confirmed that the front brake pads needed to be replaced and the rotors turned. He gave me an estimate that was similar to what we paid when the rear brakes were done, and got started on the work. They were able to turn the rotors on premises, get them reinstalled with the new pads, and got us on our way. Great service all around.
My son who is a student at AppState, had a nail in his tire. I heard good things about Mr Tire on a parent page and sent him over. Hey repaired his tire and sent him on his way at no charge. Very surprised there wasn't some sort of charge. Very much appreciated their service. We will definitely use them for future automotive needs! Thanks Mr Tire.
Heather & Sam were awesome! Heather was so helpful on the phone each time and assured me they could get the job done. She looked hard for the cheapest alternator and they did a great job. The plush couches were great and Heather pointed us to the Come Back Shack for lunch. I'm so thankful Mr Tire is open on Saturday and Sunday!
Very good service and fair prices. Manager and staff were very pleasant to interact with. Took care of my son's car for some new tires and an oil change. Let me handle transaction via phone since son is in college out there. Taking my daughter's car in next. Great job team! Highly recommend this place.
