I recently was replacing a Craftsman garage door opener. I was stumped by the emergency door sensors and kept getting the mysterious 2 light flash. I called Acorn for help. Justin sent John who quickly diagnosed my problem. He also checked all my settings, chain tension, and remotes. All within 45 minutes. I am very happy for Acorn's prompt service and knowledgeable staff and will happily recommend them

Outstanding service! Justin was prompt. He texted me to remind me of the appointment and about when he would arrive. He repaired and adjusted everything he thought might be the problem and now, the 16' tall overhead door opens with ease. And his price was less than what he first quoted me. I have used them for new installations, repairs and upgrades. They are by far the best overhead door company you will find. They respond to phone calls promptly, arrive on time, clean up their mess...and do it for a very reasonable price. This is how businesses were all run a long time ago. They are a vanishing breed and I am very happy that Justin and his company are here for us.

I can't say enough good things about Acorn. When I called about my door opener replacement they were very prompt in getting back to me. They even scheduled a tech to come out and do the install the next day! John the installer, was very congenial and knowledgeable about his craft. He also replaced other parts of the door that needed it as well as swapping out the springs on another door. If you use these people and I highly recommend you do, than have them fix anything that might need garage door maintenance as they are already there. Acorn, I thank you.....

We were having trouble with the wheels on our commercial overhead door. Acorn gave us the best estimate and we went ahead and had the work done. The team at Acorn Overhead Door was phenomenal. We had a big residential project involving two garage "barn style" doors and one large double sized door on a new barn. From the first phone call I knew we found a great partner in Acorn for our project, and that proved true throughout the project. The designs recommended to suit the architecture, photos of similar jobs shared, prompt and excellent attention to detail and an on time, pleasant experience in installation overall were why we would absolutely recommend them over and over again. We had a follow-up issue after install and Acorn was right on top of it. The doors are great, the user friendly features including the mobile app to check if I've closed the door (and to close it if I forgot!) and overall the great service from Tina and the team are all A+. Services Rendered: New garage doors, design, installation of three doors (10x9; 8x16)

My car was trapped in the garage. they were able to get a serviceman to come the same day. The response time was great and the door was fixed that afternoon. The door is working fine, Services Rendered: Replaced both springs and pulleys for the garage door .
