Very pleased with my overall experience with American Garage Door. The initially repaired my broken coil in late June. The turnaround time from being broken to fixed was within 24 hours. Quite impressive. What I appreciated the most is what happened yesterday to this morning. Some nuts came off making my garage door inoperable. I called yesterday morning and just had my door fixed at no extra charge. I appreciate that they stood by their work. I would not hesitate using them again. Quite pleased!

Great service and response time. A cable broke on one of our doors and the the company came right out and replaced it. The service tech explained what was needed and did a great job. Would highly recommend these guys!!!

These guys took care of me back in the spring, and I've been meaning to write a nice review for them. Great customer service, great scheduling (came days after I called - ahead of schedule), and very fair pricing. They repaired one door - and quickly tuned up the other for no additional cost. They even cleaned up some messy wires. Excellent service and value. Highly recommend this local business.

One of my garage doors was stuck shut today because the cable attaching it to the spring had snapped. I called the company, and they had two technicians at my house in 45 minutes. It took them 20 minutes to replace the cable, even with the techs taking the time to explain to me what had happened and why. I got good, quick service at a reasonable cost. Thanks.

American Garage Door & Glass repaired my liftmaster garage door opener about 2 weeks ago and it stopped working again on Christmas night. They were here on Monday morning and repaired it again, only charging me for the parts, not labor. They are responsive, quick and fair and their technician, Jeff, was professional, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend their services and will call on them again, should I have any issues in the future!

After being told by the original installing company that I'd wait a week for someone to look at replacing the broken spring on my garage door, I called American and described the situation - they called me right back and said there's a tech wrapping up a job nearby, he can come do it now. 20 mins later he was at my house and completed the job beyond my expectations. Great service, good guy, fair price - I highly recommend them.

From Start to Finish - I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! Initial contact with Brian was a good first impression. When I told him what I needed, he was already familiar with my Townhouse association "Rules" for Garage doors and he even had the correct color code. So then I simply placed the order for the door and was told it was 5-6 weeks delivery, which was fine as I allowed plenty of time. Once the door arrived Brian contacted me and we scheduled the appointment. Fast Forward to install day: I arrived at my townhouse to start doing some repairs on my own, at 730am to await the 830am arrival from American Garage Door. Brian called at 8am and mentioned that they had a few emergency calls and they'd be there before noon. Charlie showed up well before noon and all I can say is he did a great job! During the install, he had noted that my garage door opener was not centered on the door itself. (meaning the garage door track was not parallel with the door tracks). He wound up moving the garage door opener so everything lined up. That is the kind of extra effort I didn't expect too see but was happy that he has good attention to detail. Charlie then cleaned up and the garage was cleaner than when he arrived! Overall it was an Outstanding Experience and I will recommend American Garage Door to anyhow who asks! Services Rendered: Installed a new Garage door in my Townhouse. Removed old Garage door, He even left my garage cleaner than when he arrived!

Our garage door opener was not working and this company was recommended to me by our house alarm company. I called them and gave us a reasonable quote. Within a day they came to our house ....early morning on a very cold Saturday. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. They arrived early on the scheduled day, went right to work and did an excellent job, efficient,courteous and thorough. I will definitely call them again if we need their services. Services Rendered: Fixed one of our garage door openers and did some maintenance on both garage door openers

I called on Monday morning about a cranky garage door opener that would not close the door properly. A woman answered promptly and professionally. I explained the situation as best I could and she asked a few other good questions trying to get a better understanding of the situation. She said that she thought it best that she send someone out to service the door and check to see what may be the problem. She thought that it might be the sensors (photo eyes), but that the technician would be able to better judge after looking at it. I asked if it would be possible to come early in the day, and she scheduled for someone to come out the very next morning between 7:30 and 8:00 am. The technician was here promptly at 8:00 and worked quietly and quickly. The door runs much quieter now after the servicing and the door closes properly. Nice people to work with. Job well done. Services Rendered: Serviced garage door opener and replaced photo eyes
