Don't know how they operate their business but was a very disappointing experience. My garage door springs were replaced by them this April and the safety cable was not installed. Communicated with them so many times and they just said I don't need one without providing any proof. Everywhere online says you need a safety cable just in case the springs break. So many months without any resolution to this issue and it seems they just not willing to correct their own mistakes. I would suggest to avoid them if you want your garage door fixed. Their price is also extremely high (with this kind of service) compared to other locals.
