We had an urgent situation when the chain on our garage door snapped. I called D&D and they were quite busy but still managed to get us a service tech within hours. The tech was amazing and inspected the work from two other companies and made the appropriate fixes. Please be aware that there are other companies out there claiming they are D&D but most of them are fake call centers who will send any random tech that barely speaks english and will overcharge you. Most of the other garage repair companies on Google maps also appear to call centers with fake reviews. This D&D company is based in Methuen and you'll speak with a very nice customer service person and get the best reliable service. I know this after calling/trying 4 or 5 other garage repair companies.

It was great working with Chris and D&D. They showed up when the said they would. Installed a new opener, repaired the springs and cable and even replaced the springs and tuned up my other bay because it pained them to see that mess!!

Had seals and retainers on 3 garage doors replaced. From start to finish, D&D Garage Door was great. Responded to my inquiry on the Monday, got a quote that day, parts came in within a week and service was scheduled a few days later. Technicians were efficient and quick. Will definitely hire again if needed. Thank you Erin & D&D Garage Door Co.!

Shawn was very responsive to my initial message about new garage doors. Five days later the Installer was onsite. He was on-time, explained exactly what he'd be doing, and left the garage immaculate when he finished. The new doors are great and operate much quieter than the previous ones. Thanks D&D!

Your search is over. D&D is the installer you want and Clopay is the manufacturer you need. I am a professional buyer & supply chain manager. I did my research and was not disappointed. Every step of the process was professional, detailed with honest/fair pricing. The onsite measurement was very informative and suggestions given saved us from making several expensive mistakes. The doors they helped us choose came out beautiful. The lift master opener is so quiet and the features were unexpected. Alex was a fantastic installer. So detail oriented and truly cared about his work. The owner Sean has a lot to be proud of. Can't add enough stars.

Garage door torsion spring broke Thursday night. Called D&D on a Friday Morning. I was told someone would come out to give an estimate by Saturday. Came home Friday afternoon to a fixed garage door with a new spring. These guys are awesome! Fair price with unbelievable service. Highly recommend to anyone who needs some garage door work!

I spoke with D&D this morning regarding a repair I needed for my garage door at 10:00. By 10:25 Rick arrived at my house and completed the job within 30 minutes! I was shocked at the customer service, he even gave treats to my dogs. Highly recommend and will use again for future repairs.

We ordered a new garage door and opener through Home Depot (via Clopay) and this ultimately lead to D&D. There were a couple of surprises during the installation as the existing system was mounted rather inelegantly, but Mike took the time to assess it all and ensure that the new installation was something we could be proud of. I appreciate Mike's professionalism and willingness to make multiple visits to get it right, rather than rushing to an inferior solution. I would be happy to hire D&D again in the future.
